Pro Ballerina Jade

It has been a few years now since our last shoot, but I have just spent a delightful evening working with Philip; this time at PS Spaces in London.

Philip always arrives with a plethora of ideas (and props too!), which makes for a productive and enjoyable shoot! I also appreciate his openness to my creative input, and his patience with my perfectionism!

Philip's expertise in photography techniques and lighting is evident, and his timing capturing dance poses makes my job much easier! He is also always receptive to my suggestions to help capture the correct dance position.

Our 4 hours together absolutely flew by, and I'm so excited to see the final results! (I already loved what I saw on the back of the camera!)

Thanks for another great session filled with laughter and creativity. It goes without saying, highly recommended! Looking forward to the next time!

Lovely to meet Phillip for the first time on Friday as he attended our Halloween Portfolio Builder Day with Bella Grace.

Phillip was a pleasure to have with us, funny and friendly and easy to get on with for everyone attending.

What can I can say about Philip other than he is great! He is the most humble photographer I know; he’s highly skilled and creates magical work, yet is always grateful when I agree to work with him again! We have worked together a few times previously, but this shoot was out first in a London studio- and it was v exciting! P selected one of the best studios in London (I would say!) and everything was careful planned between us pre shoot. Even more excitingly, now that we are positively neighbours- for London standards 😂- we already have another shoot brewing, of which we discussed post this shoot over an OJ at the pub local to the studio :) thanks so much P, here’s to the next one!! Highly highly recommend, of course!

Philip attended my self hosted Dance Duo Day at PGD Leicester and he was a delight to work with as always

I highly enjoyed working with him and I found him to be be very polite but with a great sense of humour!

Would highly recommend working with him and I hope to do so again soon :)

I had a great location photoshoot with Philip. He looks after a model, thinking also about her well-being and not only about the results. However, the results are great pictures! He can give clear directions, but also is open to model's ideas. Definitely would recommend him and work again!

I shot with Philip for the third time today at The Boardroom and it was lovely as always! He was punctual and polite but always ensures that his fab personality shines through! Conversations just flow naturally and I couldn't believe time was up! He showed me some of the images as well and from the back of the camera I could see that they were excellent! Would highly recommend working with him and hope to do so again soon :)

I have had two evening shoots recently with Philip at AURAphotographic. Both have been more than enjoyable and I truly enjoy working with Philip and expanding on his ideas each time we work together. So far I am loving the images and I look forward not only to seeing more but to also work with Philip again in the (hopefully) not so distant future. Thanks Philip!

2W Location

What a thoroughly nice chap Philip is! His first visit to Two Wei but we know it won't be his last as he forgot his light stand & is coming back to collect ;) :)

Philip is polite, professional and very easy and interesting to talk to. He has a relaxed approach and worked very well with his model. We're just starting to see and enjoy some pictures from the shoot and look forward to viewing others as they are released.

Wholehearted recommendation from us and we hope Philip returns for another shoot in the not too distant future.

Philip and I finally got to shoot! and it was worth the wait :) Even if we melted through it all on the hottest day yet this year haha.

From the point of meeting to finishing the shoot, there was an easy flow of conversation, quirks and laughs. "

I thoroughly enjoyed the shoot and I'm really impressed with Philips thought process and visionary.

Comms were fantastic. Philip was in another country on a moving train! Yet he still always replied in great time and was very clear with what he wanted to create.

I would absolutely recommend Philip to anyone who hasn't shot with him before.

Philip and I had been trying to organise a shoot for a while. We finally got the chance and booked in a half day at Aura Studios.

We did a shoot with Beth Kate who is a fantastic model and dancer here on PP. Philip was great to work with, very professional. I felt very comfortable modelling for him even though it was our first shoot. Philip was also kind enough to offer me lifts to the station.

We had a lot of ideas to run through over our shoot. We definitely achieved a lot. I look forward to seeing the final work :)

I hope I can work with Philip again soon.

After Philip and Hamish booked a shoot at Aura a while back, I was brought on board to make the shoot a duo dance shoot! We had a great 4 hour shoot and the time flew by as we worked through multiple sets and ideas. I have worked with Hamish previously so we already had a rapport together, but it was a pleasure working with Philip for the first time! I thoroughly look forward to seeing the work we created as a group and would happily work with Philip again. Highly recommended, thank you for a fab shoot!

Philip attended a group shoot organised by AURA Photographic and Simon Carter. It was my second time working with Philip and as always he is a delight. He is very clear about what he is after, which makes my job easy! From the back of the camera images that I saw he took some amazing shots. I can't wait to see the final result and I would highly recommend working with him :)

I had great fun shooting with Philip the other week!!

The studio we shot at was being renovated so didn't look exactly as planned, meaning we had to get a bit creative with ideas and go with the flow but that just added to the fun.

Philip was very professional and respectful throughout the shoot.

Great to have Philip shooting here for his first time yesterday.

I have to thank the awesome Ivory Flame for enticing him over. I only had chance to say a couple of words before shooting commenced but what I can say is, Philip was completely respectful of the studio spaces and facilities on offer, plus of course, his model for the day.

I had a lovely shoot with Philip at Big Shot Studio recently, after he saw my model day casting. He sent helpful references prior to the shoot of what he was looking to achieve, and we worked with those inspirations and evolved them into awesome shots in their own right!

Philip was professional and friendly throughout, making funny quips (and even half-joking asked for my 'rider' before the shoot, haha, the fruit snack was much appreciated).

I hope he continues more regular photoshoots to gain confidence in himself, he shot some fantastic images that I adored and I'd be happy to work with him again. Thank you Philip!

I had the pleasure of working with Philip yesterday after he replied to a casting I put out. We shot 3 different outfits in Central using a variety of locations. Philip was professional, polite and showed me the photos throughout the shoot. I really enjoyed working with him after taking a few weeks off shooting.

Just had another brilliant shoot with Philip at the Natural Light Spaces studio!

As before, Philip was an absolute pleasure to work with; a genuine and friendly chap with a brilliant sense of humour!

Despite our relatively short time to plan today's shoot, Philip showed up full of energy and with plenty of new ideas and props, as well as ways to refine some of the ideas we worked on at our last shoot. I love how he lets me have my own creative input (as bizarre as some of my ideas may be!), and together we developed plots and storylines for some of our sets.

I was really happy with what I was seeing on the back of the camera, and I can't wait to see the final results! (Especially for some of the ideas that require Philip's photoshop magic!)

Thank you for a lovely afternoon Philip, and I can't wait to work with you again when I return!

After months in the planning and having our shoot pushed back because of lockdown, I had a fantastic shoot with Philip today at the Natural Light Spaces studio... our 5 hours together absolutely flew by!

Philip is a pleasure to work with. His pre comms were incredibly detailed, so I arrived at our shoot with a clear idea of what we were going to shoot. We had plenty of time to play with different ideas, and Philip also allowed me to have my own creative input.

He is clearly a knowledgeable photographer who knows his techniques and lighting, and he knew exactly the moment to capture for my dance poses and jumps.

Philip has a natural charm and great sense of humour which made our shoot feel nice and relaxed, and between puns, we managed to get some really great shots! I was loving what I was seeing on the back of the camera, so I can't wait to see the finished results!

Highly recommended.

I look forward to working together again in the future! Thank you Philip!
