References for Ian Petrie's Photography

Ian is so lovely and even makes a cracking brew upon arrival at his home studio. My makeup was applied beautifully by his wife at art of femme fatale, I was made to feel welcome and at ease on my first ever photoshoot. Can't wait to work with them both again.

Another great shoot with Ian and Caroline as always, Ian is a fantastic photographer with an eye for detail, he and Caroline are very creative and work fantastic as a team. This time Ian chose continuos lights rather than flash, I must admit the results were great, really looking forward to another shoot if your not bored of me by now lol, highly recommended!

Had a great shoot today with Petrie Genetics, who photographed the results of make-up by Art of Femme-Fatale. Very friendly, welcoming and easy to work with, and with the perfect rig of equipment to get a great result. Petrie Genetics also has fantastic editing skills and he is highly recommended.

Great first shoot with Ian, everything was relaxed with no pressure and he was friendly throughout. Even enjoyed learning about his experimental lighting techniques which worked perfectly for the images. Recommend to new and experienced models and looking forward to working together again.

I was lucky enough to get the chance to work with Ian again today. He really is very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable, he looks like he is making minimal lighting adjustments, but actually totally changes the mood and really just produces incredible results. Hoping to work with him and Caroline again soon on a location shoot. Recommended? without a shadow of a doubt! Thank you :)

Ian is a fantastic photographer. Great with lighting, clear directions and makes an awesome cup of tea. Both Ian and Caroline are a fantastic team, very considerate people and I was very comfortable, infact I don't know where the time went. I've been asked why I always work with this guy but have not left a reference. Well this is the other half so yeah I'm going to be slightly bias so please read other peoples reference to see how we both work. However I can say this for sure. He makes a great cuppa tea or coffe :-)

Had a (hopefully the first of many) shoot today with Ian as part of a team with his wife Art of Femme-Fatale. They are a delight to work with, full of ideas, easy going, fun, not to mention talented. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Genuinely lovely couple. Hope I get to work with them again soon
