I started model photography after following a series of workshops with internationally published photographers, I have studied many of their books and I have taken time to experiment and define my own approach and style.

I am triggered by light and how it reflects on the human skin. I prefer natural light and I have adapted to the fact that natural light is unpredictable and that as a photographer, I need to adapt. That is why I rarely start a session with a predefined concept. I will adapt to the conditions that light will create: sometimes very delicate and at other moments harsh and strong. 

The other element in my work that defines the image, next to the light, is the person that I am working with. To me, the model is my co-author and I prefer sessions where we define the images together. Therefore each image carries a memory of an interaction between two people. Often, there is a story behind each of the images. Sometimes it is her story, but it might also be mine. Sometimes it is the story of the moment captured in a flash or it is a story that we have been carrying with us for a very long time.
