I had a shoot in Saxon Studio with a photographer who hired the studio for our 4 hour shoot, I highly recommend Saxon Studio it has lots of great back drops and different set ups to shoot from. I can not wait to use Saxon Studio again in the future. I also met the owner of Saxon Studio Peter who I only met briefly, he was building a new part to the studio and it looks like its going to be great so I can not wait to see it when it is finished and I hope to work with Peter in the future.

I attended a lighting workshop with Peter a few weeks ago and came back to do a first solo shoot and build upon the tuition. Peter listened to what I wanted from a lighting set-up and after some basic initial advice was happy to move lighting etc. as and when I wanted - he did this is a way that support my learning and experimentation without in any way taking over and directing. I found the whole session very rewarding and came away feeling that I had made further steps forward in my development as a photographer.

A great day shooting a wide variety of themes at Saxon Studio again today. As always Peter was the perfect host and Katie Anna was a delight to work with as a model. I understand there are great plans afoot to enhance the studio further in the New Year, so I look forward to even more opportunities to take advantage of the range it offers.

Attended a event day at Saxon studio's and this was my second time in a studio environment and I wasn't fully sure on how it would go and I can only say it was a great day with a great tutor in Peter. He was great at giving advise on the shoot and gave helpful tips that I wouldn't of thought of at the time. It was a joy to work with him and the studio sets.

Will be looking at heading back soon to attend other events and use the studio

What can I say? A massive thank you to Peter and his amazing studio. We held a 1950's lighting workshop yesterday and I had such a great time with Peter and all the photographers, I came away with such a buzz!

The photo's everybody got were great, I had such a fun shoot, cant wait for the next adventure.

I attended a basic / intermediate lighting training session with Peter today; the organisation was excellent but the quality of the tuition was truly outstanding. In addition to explaining in sufficient detail each of the basic lighting set-ups, Peter also demonstrated a number of subtle alternatives that added so much more to the understanding of the tuition material. Above all I came away with a fantastic set of images and had a thoroughly enjoyable day. Most definitely the genuine article unlike some others!

I'm delighted to be able to thank Peter once again for hosting another workshop at Saxon Studio today. On this occasion we were treated to the great contribution of "LouLavender" for a '50's Pin Up themed event. With some new faces added to the group under Peter's excellent guidance the session flew by ( as always ) .

I understand that Lou is now added to Saxon Studio's talented model roster, so I look forward to more opportunities to extend our collaboration.

Had an even better second shoot with Peter at Saxon studio! Besides all the chatting, laughing and coffee, we got some amazing sets done with Shooting and Spanish themes.. Peter was ever full of ideas and a really fun person to be around, always smiling and ploughing me with confidence when we shoot.. Cant wait for the next venture! Highly recommended as always :) x

Had the opportunity to work with Peter again today at his amazing studio. Had a fabulous time and before I knew it, the time was up. Peter is a fabulous host providing tea and coffee throughout, his knowledge in lighting is second to none and the photos look great before any editing.

Once again, a fabulous, enjoyable shoot with great outcomes. Thanks so much Peter and look forward to working with you again very soon 😊

When I heard there was an opportunity to shoot with the wonderful Katie Anna at Saxon Studio yesterday I couldn't resist the chance and I'm delighted I was able to attend.

Again Peter hosted a welcoming and relaxed event, whilst introducing an endless range of room settings and lighting options to aid all, ( from photographers with there own studio to hobbyist amateurs like myself,) to make the most of the event.

As previously experience under Peter's talented guidance the hours past far to quickly and even Katie fell into the spell of the event to the extent that we all over-ran not wanting the "magic" to end.

I look forward to more outstand events at "SAXON STUDIO"

I had the pleasure of working at Saxon studios again today and it was fabulous .

Peter is so much fun to work with , he is superb when it comes to lighting , he tries all different variations and each time exceeds massively .

Aswell as being a great photographer he is wonderful to get along with and he makes me laugh constantly.

This is my second time at a group shoot with Saxon Studio. It has had a bit of a change since I was last here with some new rooms. Peter always makes you feel welcome and the kettle is always on, He has a vast amount of knowledge on lighting and photography and a great guy to work with and would highly recommend him and one of his studio days.

Can't wait for the next shoot in October, Cheers for a great day.

I was lucky enough to be asked to model for a Vintage themed lighting Workshop at the amazing Saxon Studio last weekend. The studio itself is beautiful with so many amazing spaces to shoot in such a variety of styles. I'm sure it could accommodate pretty much any themed shoot, and it certainly lent itself very well to the Vintage theme.

I love shooting with Peter, he is a very welcoming host and is always sure to have tea and biscuits at the ready for a 'brew break' :) As a teacher Peter is amazing! I have no interest in photography myself, and even I learned a lot! Peter is exact in his explanations, and very competent in his practical application; allowing the photographers on his course to experiment themselves, which I think makes a huge difference. It was lovely to see the other photographer's images improving as the day went on.

All in all it was a fantastic day and I can't wait to do it all again on the 20th.

Had a shoot with Peter yesterday and a camera club that he organised. Had an amazing day, the studio is out of this world with many of different sets for different photo looks. Peter was on hand all day ensuring we all had tea or coffee whenever needed. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute and I can't wait to work with Peter again. Recommend him and his studio 100%. Thanks for everything

A huge thank you to Peter Bailey at Saxon Studio where I had the great pleasure of meeting and shooting with "Miss Rosie Lea" . Thanks to the talented guidance of Peter the whole event was I believe an outstand success and we are already well on the way to arranging further dates. His direction blended excellent tuition with a relaxed and welcoming environment to make an event that's hard to imagine could be bettered.
