I've been interested in photography for as long as I can remember. I used to borrow my father's Kodak Brownie folding camera. I've learnt a lot from camera clubs, summer schools and workshops (Loughborough University, Martin Parr, Brian Griffin, Jon Gray, Peter Goldfield, David Penprase).
It was at a course on fashion photography, run by Philip Monk in Solva, Pembrokeshire that I caught the "bug" (!) and became confident at creating meaningful images. My present goals are:- Perfecting fill-in flash, and I am forever looking for suitable backgrounds and compositions!
