Cloudy Bay

At last after two years Pam and I got together to do a shoot, and it was worth it. Pam has a natural beauty which is what I look for in a model, I’m not sure though if Pam knows just how beautiful she is. She drives herself quite hard and overthinks things perhaps, thinking about posture and how the camera might be perceiving her, she need not worry and all she needs to do is relax because when she is her natural self wonderful things happen.

On this first shoot both of us had ideas which to an extent we achieved but the weather wasn’t exactly in our favour so I don’t think I as the photographer performed my best. I certainly was not able to be creative given the circumstances.

Photography is a chemistry between subject and photographer and I think Pam brings the right chemistry which needs intelligent thought and pre planning. I hope I can shoot with her again under circumstances which let me hone my approach to Pam’s.

Pam is an artist and perfectionist and deserves the best and I have no hesitance in saying give her chance, what she lacks in experience she brings in natural beauty. Given a few more shoots Pam will flourish as both model and as a creator helping any photographer to expand their own creativity.

Intelligent, fun to be around and lovely conversationalist.

Pamela was running late but she had warned me well ahead of time that she may not be able to make it on pre-agreed time. She kept her communication channels open so I was aware of her arrival time.

She came fully prepared with a variety of garments agreed during pre-shoot comms. Once arrived, she was quite organised and things moved fairly quickly.

I would recommend her to other togs and creatives and would definitely work with her again.

What a fabulous shoot with Pam. We chose Salford Quays as the venue and couldn't have asked for a nicer day. Working Pamelas fashions alongside some portraits Pam is very very easy to work with following directions and making recommendations. New to modeling but has a seriously positive, can do attitude of a true professional. Perfect communications and time keeping.
