References for Paisley X

I somewhat hesitate to provide another reference for Paisley simply because i don't want to crowd the market, but she deserves and has earned it.

Today, with breaks, we did a near seven-hour shoot starting at dawn. her preparation was flawless and the amount of effort she put into the day, both on location and subsequently in a very challenging studio, was enormous. we produced some great images, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone thinking of working with her.

we had this shoot planned and booked for a date in May, however the frost on the cars rather persuaded us to postpone and today was the first day when calendars and tides allowed us to try again, and what a day for it the sunrise created great light and Gillian knocked it out of the park with various looks and poses and props. Treat her well. communicate properly and you will get a superb experienced Model and performer who will deliver wonderful images

This was my fourth shoot with Paisley, the previous three being at her apartment. As usual we worked together on planning and agreed that she had to experience the opulence and extravagance of Burford Manor, to some extent as usual and to paraphrase a famous saying no shoot follows the plan after the first round! but her creative experience is such that everything is taken in her stride, AS an experienced actress and performer her creative talents seem endless and as the photographer you will need to keep up, accept the challenge and the rewards will come flowing. One set we planned was to be the highlight of the day, based around one of her unique talents she produced images the like of which i have never seen on here (or elsewhere) but i shall leave it to her to post them here. Put simply highly talented unique and a enchanting dream to work with. Would i work with her again, the bookings are already made!

2nd shoot with Gillian and as for the first one this was perfect.

This shoot was all about her ideas and what she wanted from the day, however it was a truly collaborative session

Pre shoot comms ensured we both knew what we were after in respect of styles and outfits.

Gillian was fully prepared on arrival, make up and hair to a professional standard.

The 3 hours flew past and we managed to get everything we needed. Gillian is great fun to work with an keeps the vibe going throughout.

I would highly recommend Gillian and would love to work with her again

It is rare for me to shoot for a second time with a model so shortly after our first shoot, But in this case it had to be done!

If you want a soporific plastic young model go and book one. If you are up for working collaboratively with an all-woman bundle of energy who happens also to be an actress and performer full of ideas then accept the challenge and enjoy the journey.

As a final tip if you take flowers for use as a prop you will earn a bonus point but don't expect to be allowed to take them home with you.

Our next shoot is planned and could be epic.

It is hard to know how to sum up this lovely Lady. If you want a lively person briming over with ideas re sets and shoots and accompanied with a huge set of modelling and circus skills, who is also warm and welcoming, confident and beautiful she may be the model for you. If you want a plastic robotic someone who repeats the same poses every day of the week then please book them and leave Paisley time to shoot again with me!

Paisley X is a lovely, warm lady, clear comms and a joy to shoot with. We used a barn she had access to, with lots of space, clothing and props to play with. The four hours flew by with chat and ideas flowing. We even managed to shoot a scene I had been trying to do for some years. I would thoroughly recommend Paisley X to all of you. First time shoot with Gillian and it won't be the last!

Pre-shoot comms were perfect and we shared a number of ideas to work with. On the day she came with a whole host of outfits that are fantastic. She is confident, professional and worked extremely hard to ensure the shoot went well. We quickly built a rapport and exchanged ideas for the benefit of both of us

We had a fun shoot with lots of laughs during the day, I would highly recommend Gillian and will definitely shoot with her again

My first time working with this lovely lady and what a pleasure it was. Pre-shoot communications were spot on from the outset. Thoroughly professional in skill, ability and confidence.

Poor lass was taken off guard when I made contact to say that I was ready to go well before the agreed time but quickly sorted things so that we did in fact begin early.

As we worked through a variety of styles all the time she was attentive to my direction whilst providing her own suggestions for input making for a most enjoyable and relaxing shoot, furnishing a large number of outfits and props to make use of.

A 100% recommendation and hope that we shall be able to work together in the not too distant future.

I answered a casting call that Paisley put out and was lucky enough to be able to fix up a shoot with her. Her pre-comms were excellent; very thorough and professional, so that we both had a clear understanding of what we were going to do for the shoot.

On the day circumstances intervened to delay her arrival but she kept me informed by text so that I knew what was happening. When she arrived she was so keen to get started that she barely took a moment to unwind from the stresses of her journey.

Needless to say it was an excellent shoot. Paisley works so hard to achieve poses and to make these as varied as possible. She'd also chosen a brilliant location that offered so much scope; so much so that we didn't get to do everything we had chatted about.

Paisley is a natural born performer and her acts and skills offer so many rewarding opportunities to the photographer. In particular her burlesque monologue and her unicycling are not to be missed. What I particularly enjoyed was that Paisley is a true creative and collaborator. Throughout the shoot she suggested ideas and variations and tweaks to make the images better.

She also arrived with literally everything bar the proverbial kitchen sink, and so there was no danger that there wouldn't be enough options to sustain the shoot. She even brought a step ladder that was to prove invaluable to me in getting some of the shots.

The shoot went so well that we have already booked in a follow up, and we have plenty of ideas for subsequent shoots after that. If you are looking for a hard working, versatile and skilled creative then Paisley is the answer and I cannot recommend her enough.

That was a whole heap of fun. Gillian is astonishing. She came early with a car full of props, including a ladder, and proceeded to perform a combination of dance, cabaret and fetish whilst reciting erotic poetry. Mad as a sack of ferrets and hugely entertaining. We got some great photos along the way. Highly recommended.
