I worked with John for the first time and It was very enjoyable shoot.

He picked me up from the train station and we went to his studio. All communication before and during the shoot was spot on.

He was very accommodate from the beginning of the shoot, he made sure I was comfortable at all the time.

I had really great time working with him, he took so many great pictures.

I'm glad we had a chance working together and I hope to work with you again very soon.

John and have shot together several times over the past few years and every time pre coms have been excellent, he respects my levels and is a true gentleman. Each time we've created interesting and edgy moodboards together but we always aim to kick the inspo pictures ass and we always do!:) This guy has the ability to make you feel instantly comfortable in his presence, have good conversation, make you laugh during shoots all while being meticulous with the lighting, set, and angles to make the vision we're chasing a reality. John's enthusiasm and passion is totally infectious which makes me want to bring me A game as he always does. It is a pleasure and a compliment to be shot by John and can't recommend him highly enough.

I had the pleasure of shooting with John for the first time last week at his impressive, well-equipped studio. Pre-communications were excellent - I knew the ideas and styles beforehand and they were right up my street which was a bonus! John is professional, respectful and super easy to work with. We chatted and had a laugh and worked at a relaxed yet productive pace. John tethered his camera onto his laptop throughout so we could see the photos as we were shooting which was great. His lighting was top notch and the photos are absolutely amazing! I would definitely love to work with him again in the future. Highly recommended by me!

Down to earth photographer who is very easy to get along with. Very respectful of levels and personal space.

There was a shoot plan which we discussed and agreed on before the date of the shoot.

I really enjoyed my time with Painted_by_light and really looking forward to the next shoot. The images look incredible.
