About me

I am a hobbyist photographer who has been taking pictures for many years. Those shots have covered many genres but it is only recently that I have started working with models. I joined PurplePort to find opportunities to expand my experience and to help build my portfolio in an enjoyable way.

 

My pictures

My main interest is in nudes. That includes art nude, nude art, full nude and any other type of nude. That isn’t exclusive though and other types of people photography are also of interest. I expect that over time those interests and my focus will shift. My portfolio shows some examples of my work since I joined PP.

 

My style

I am yet to find my “style”. I am experimenting with lighting, shooting angles, mood and all the rest to find what I find most appealing. Some pictures on PP you look at and can guess the photographer. I would like to be in that position at some point – at least for a period.

 

Working with me

I’m keen to work with a variety of models who are interested in working with the above. I would hope that models working with me have a positive experience and from each session we end up with a few shots they like. I don’t have anywhere to shoot from and to date I have been shooting in studios – usually as part of specific studio days. I would like to do some more location shots in time but for now anything that helps me expand has got to be good.
