My second shoot with Owen at Saracen House Studio, it was so nice getting back to in person shoots and catching up with Owen again, and it was also my first time meeting his lovely wife Sam!

The two of them work SO well together, Owen is a great photographer and Sam is fab at adding the last touches for him and giving him advice on styling, feedback on the images etc :) It was so wonderful working with them both and such a creative 4 hours. Owen had also hired a makeup artist for the shoot so we concentrated on beauty looks and from what I saw on the back of the camera we got some gorgeous results :D

Highly highly recommended by me and hope to see them both again soon :)

Bloody fantastic to have the pleasure of getting to work with Owen (and his beautiful wife, Sam) again on Andrew Appleton’s Fine Art and Dance workshop in the gorgeous lands of Ireland for four days! :D

Owen and Sam travelled out a day early with the rest of us so it was great to be able to catch up ahead of time as it’s been well over a year since I’d seen them last! Still the awesome power couple I admire so much, Sam has really taken to styling throughout

Having already shot with awesome O in the past I knew it was going to be an epic few days, and I can’t wait to be working with Owen next month on a 1-2-1 on some locations! Owen was his usual uplifting and gotta be said inspiring self, he has such an eye for unique and different shots and he’s also mad enough to listen to my weird ideas and suggestions too! When I worked with Owen last year, I was truly blown away by his shots, with every detail being exceptional, but just a year later I’ve seen how he’s taken his work to the NEXT level, I mean wow just breathtaking work, he really is a natural at this. And it has to be said he is so humble about his shots, absolutely no ego, and always looking for room to improve. And then there’s his beautiful wife Sammy, who can help with all the little details even us models forget about, like labels on show or a pesky hair in the way of that perfect shot, or bless her running on and off set to grab shoes and coats!

They are such an inspiring team to work with, the most lovely, friendly, fun, professional nut bags I have ever had the pleasure of knowing let alone working with :P

So of course they both come so very highly recommended, and now with me moving to the South I can hopefully see them a bit more!

First ever shoot with Owen and won’t be my last! (I hope)

Owen is super at precoms, we had a whole mix of set ups throughout our day at Saracen house studio, he asked me to bring a selection of clothing with was super helpful with the guidance of a mood board, he said the ideas were lightly what he was after but he was actually incredible flexible before and throughout our shoot

He bought his lovely wife to the shoot which was absolutely awesome as I love meeting new people and she really had an eye for the styling and helping pick out the best shots! Always great to have someone to help out and she was such a bubbly and lovely person!

I felt 110% comfortable and happy throughout our shoot, intact the energy they both had hugely added to the shoot as gave me a buzz and I found it truly helped with my posing!

The shots are insane!

Hugely talented!

I can’t wait to work with you again Owen!

let’s do it again ASAP! Let’s set another date!

I worked with Owen and his beautiful partner for the first time a few weeks ago at the amazing Saracen house.

Owen was a total joy to work with, a breath of fresh air to be honest. Great enthusiasm and motivation to capture something amazing. Though we did spend a good lot of the time chatting away (oops)

We think we where a great team and I can’t wait to see the outcome!

I highly recommend Owen and I really hope to work with him again soon ASAP!

It was such a pleasure meeting and working with Owen for the first time last week on my studio day at Saracen House!

We only had an hour together but covered various different beauty lighting set ups in that time and had a good little natter too :)

Owen is such a friendly guy and makes you feel instantly at ease in his company, I really hope we get to shoot more in the future!

I have had the utmost pleasure of working with Owen twice now and on both occasions I have found him to be wonderful to work with.

This time round we worked out on location in a park which was local to me where we managed three different sets out in the cold weather, without any complaints. I am looking forward to seeing the results from this shot.

Owen is very easy to get on with and does all he to make sure the shoot goes well.

I would definitely work with Owen again and I do highly recommend him to all!

I've just returned from a week travelling through France, Switzerland and Italy with Andrew Appleton on his Lakes & Mountains Trip, and I had the good fortune of spending the week with Owen and his lovely wife, Sam. The trip was quite intense at times, with hours of travelling in a fairly small bus and then short bursts of shooting in cold, bright or busy conditions, but Owen remained an absolute gem throughout.

Owen is so enthusiastic and keen to learn and got up before dawn at least twice to catch the sunrise over lake Como or Garda, returning a few hours later with stunning location images featuring his trademark 'blurry water'! During the model shoots, he communicated his ideas really well but also allowed me to pose freely when needed - the images I saw on the back of the camera are absolutely stunning and I really look forward to seeing them edited.

It was a genuine pleasure to spend the last week with Owen and I'd be delighted to work with him again, and look forward to seeing how his work progresses - he is definitely one to watch! Highly recommended.

I have worked with Owen many times on Andrew Appletons workshops,

This was 8 days travelling around France ,Switzerland and Italy on Andrew Appletons Italian roadtrip.

There was 5 photographers i total and Owens beautiful friendly wife Sam.

He was always happy ,chatty,caring,passionate to create some awesome shots,

His location images that he got up very early for on Lake como are breathtaking,

We worked for the first time 1-1.

We got some stunning gots on a rock facing the beautiful water,looks like paradise,

we ended up with a wow fashion shot,i know Owen is and will continue to be a awesome photographer,

Great guy .

Highly recommended.

I met Owen at an Andrew Appleton workshop at Saracen Studios. From the start Owen was welcoming and friendly. He really stood out as one of the stars of the group, his knowledge and ability shone through. He was great fun to work with, ready to have a laugh and chat while shooting but also fully in control - knowing exactly how to pose and work with a model while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. His creativity and talent are clear from the images that have resulted from shooting with him and I am very keen to work with him again in the near future. Cheers for a great shoot Owen! S :)

I had the glorious pleasure of shooting with Owen and his fabulous wife, Sam, for a week on a photography trip organised by Andrew Appleton :)

It’s got to be said that when you’re in a confined space of a bus for a week with people it can become hard work, but not if you have Owen on your team he’s just so chilled but ready for action, especially if you can tempt him with blurry water!

Throughout the week Owen was a joy to work with as well as just great company on the long drives we had out to the locations, he has such a down to earth personality, and such enthusiasm that despite any early mornings or late nights you can’t help but get energised for the next set. I love how much Owen cares about the shots and he was always happy to hear what I had to say and just bounce ideas, and blimey did we get some incredible shots, I’m just blown away.

And I simply can’t just leave a reference for Owen, I have to say I adore his wife Sam, she’s bloody awesome. Sam joined us on the trip as a non photographer (normy), but left as a modelographer! She was a brilliant sport getting in front of the camera and taking my rather rubbish direction and she nailed it, not to mention she joined in on the photography challenges set by Andrew and completed them all, and took some bloody excellent shots too.

It’s so refreshing to have a wife get involved and have some fun on the trips!

So of course they both come highly recommended by me and I can not wait to shoot again. Thank you so much for such a groovy week!
