Hello! My name is Owen and I am a hobbyist portrait photographer with experience in both studios and with natural light.

Although I still class myself as a beginner, I feel that my levels have improved a lot over the last 12 months and can now produce work to a standard I am mostly quite happy with, but you can judge for yourself from my portfolio!

I am open to most ideas and like to be creative, but I am a big fan of minimalism and simplicity, which is usually why my images have quite plain backdrops.

I prefer to keep my portfolio SFW, with the model’s face being the main subject of my images, but I have shot lingerie images, and would be open to it if that’s what somebody wants. However, I don’t currently use these images in my own portfolio.

I am happy to collaborate with models on a TFP basis if it helps both of our portfolios and gains us experience. Any ideas you have, I’d love to hear them!

I have my own car and am willing to travel (within reason), and I also have a selection of lighting equipment and backdrops if needed. I can convert my dining room into a makeshift studio and have managed to get some decent images here! If shooting at my home, I would encourage bringing a chaperone as I want you to feel as comfortable as possible for the shoot.
