My first camera was a Brownie Box 111 which you had to hold at waist height to get the framing right, then a Brownie 127, which actually had an eye-level view-finder! To take flash photography, the bulbs were big screw-in jobs which took only one photo, and cost a week's pocket money! In later years, I specialised in photographing wildlife, and visited the Galapagos Islands (twice), Costa Rica, and other wonderful wildlife venues. I've also done a lot of urban street photography in over 40 different countries.
I started doing glamour photography in 2004, and then joined a model/photographer site in 2008 when I was searching on websites for a model to use on one of my book covers (I'm a published author). I've now worked with lots of different models, and look forward to more work in the future.
I co-run Sandon Studio, so get very little time for photography myself, but when I do, I'm far more interested in artistry and the unusual, than in technical excellence.
