Olivia was booked to attend at a networking group event at Millwood Studios with 5 other models. Only Olivia and 1 other model showed up for the day, which meant practically double the workload and quick outfit turnaround on both models, working with three photographers. Credit to Olivia for stepping up, arriving on time and bearing with us as we tried to get ourselves in order with set ups at the studio.

Despite only having a short time working together, I was impressed by Olivia's patience, professionalism, obvious ability to work 1:1 but also dealing with multiple cameras shooting at once. She gave good input with the image set up, positive, constructive feedback on image reviews and took on board set suggestions as well as giving her own adaptations to make an image more complete. She also showed a genuine interest in seeing the image results after the shoot as well, which shows an interest in 'quality control' and that the work created matters to her more than just taking on board a paid event.
