References for Old Town Studio

Had the pleasure of shooting in this wonderfull studio today. Jody is the perfect host and gentleman, showing me the ropes on how to use the equipment available and the area it self. He was happy to help with setting my trigger system up to connect to his flash, and excited to see what we created on his return.

The studio is packed full of little goodies to help you create some incredible images, from neon lights, fans, flashes, softboxes, Smoke machines, chesterfields amongst alot more on offer. The space is excellent and I was easily able to shoot with 50mm on cropped sensor. The natural light flows through the enormous windows and can give you some stunning shots also.

All in all, the facilities here are fantastic, for any level of photographer. I will definitely be using the studio again in the near future. 🙏

Fantastic family shoot today at this super place.

Brought my own backdrops and lights, but for those who don't have them there are numerous options on site.

The studio is naturally bright and large enough to accommodate the five adults and a grand-child today ....

Pre-shoot comms with Jody and partner Cathy were excellent.

Will be back again soon highly recommended.

Had an excellent shoot at Old Town Studio yesterday. Comms with Jody leading up to the shoot was great and he was an outstanding host. He made sure to explain all the kit in the space and then left us to crack on at our own pace. The studio is very well stocked and enjoys beautiful natural light as well as a range of lighting options. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to all.

I had the most fantastic shoot using old town studio. The space is amazing, with so many areas to shoot in. There are loads of lighting options, and the huge windows make for great natural light. There are some wonderful props to use as well.

Arranging the hire was so easy with great communication from Jody. He did everything he could to make the shoot as straightforward as possible. It’s definitely a friendly and welcoming place to go and is highly recommended.

My first visit to the Old Town Studio. For a vintage film user like me it was a dream come true. When it says "great natural light" it means it. One entire long side of this studio is glass. Not just that, but with adjustable blinds too, so the huge amount of light entering can also be controlled. My films are drying as I type, and I'm expecting some great shots. Highly recommended.

First shoot at Old Town Studio in Swindon thanks to Jody.

What a place..... Loads of natural light allows for so many different looks and with the benefit of some added continuous studio lighting you can add those great highlights. The studio benefits from an elevated position with reflective glass, so no worries about being seen from the street.

The studio has a variety of studio lighting options from strobes RGB's, reflectors and screens etc. Also a selection of props and the classic Chesterfield sofa.

A great space to create whatever you wish, very highly recommended and I've already got a second shoot booked for next month.

I had a fantastic first shoot at Old Town Studio. the other day. The studio had caught my eye as it looked like it would offer lots of options to shoot creativity with its lighting options and sets.

I wasn't wrong, the results I got there were awesome and both the model and I were extremely happy with the images we produced :)

As it was our (a photographer friend of mine came along too) first time there Jody offered to stay and help for a bit and he was really great setting everything up and suggesting ways we could use the studio.

Jody is a friendly and helpful guy and I will be making use of his Studio a lot in the future.

Great space, loads of natural light and lots of scope to get the shots that you want!

10/10 would definitely recommend!
