I highly recommend work with this awesome professional (apart from incredible person) if you didn't do it so yet. We planned the shoot in advance with no problems in communication. The day of the shoot he arrived in time and the time literally flought... The points he give you for the perfect pic and that he let you give your point of view is a 10/10. Thanks for a great day!!! Had my second remote shoot with don today.

Precoms with don were great once again, he came up with a very clear concept and style for the theme "plastic" I was running.

During the session I found don to be great with communication and could see he has a great passion for what he is doing including the side project he is currently working on.

I would highly recommend working with don and hope to work with him again

I had a great shoot with Don today. He's got a good attitude and we had a nice relaxed shoot. He's friendly and kind and always made sure I was comfortable and took enough breaks. H's also talented and we got some really good shots so I can definitely recommend to work with Don when you get a chance.

This man is always a laugh. We were woeking this time on a project for a third party and ghe shoot was no longer than an hour, however we ended up doing 2 hours, chatting, catching up, talking about the shoot, I enjoy so much working with him and I had missed his jokes!! Great to see you!!

I worked with Don when he came to the Lake District to shoot with me. His pre-comes where great and he arrived on time.

The weather didn't look great at first so we started the shoot at mine, we then headed to the Lake.

The Lake was a bit wild but we managed to pull it off and get some good shots! We even stumbled upon a new location.

Don is really chilled out and easy to work with.

Highly recommended 😊

What a blast I've had working with Don today!

This was our third shoot together so far, and I hope for many more to come! He's always professional and full of creativity and commitment. As we were working on something new for both of us, he was very patient and understanding, which is much appreciated :)

He's always in search for the best shot, looking for different angles and perspectives to give his images a very personal and unique look.

As we were shooting at my place, he came up with excellent ideas to make the most of the space and resources we had available.

'Would you reccommend Olaf Krackov ?'... If there was a more powerful word for reccommend i'de be throwing it PurplePort's way. I have met only a few individuals with the type of creative flare this chap has.

We have tried to shoot together for months but one of us has always been busy when the other one has had time. We finally arranged something super last minute only yesterday - woo!

He drove all the way to Perthshire and let me take him around my neck of the woods to a few spots I thought would be great. Don suggested The Hermatige, after I mentioned a Loch near Dunkeld, which was a brilliant idea. We used the gorgeous surrounding landscape, waterfall and bluebells in the woodland to capture some lovely images.

At the Loch , destination two, Don even got in the water with me to get the images just right! What a brave soul as warm as the weather was the water was still nippy! Being a farm girl I don't mind the weather really haha. Plenty of lovely art nudes in the water aswell as using the surrounding trees and rocks.

Third location - we went in a gigantic 5 and a half foot rapeseed field which he captured some stunning images with the natural light. He really knows how to get flattering angles and lighting I was super impressed with the images he showed me.

Lastly, we went under a bridge along the river Ericht and finished with some gorgeous shots in a red dress to stand out against the scenery. Overall the day was extremely varied and such bundle of fun.

Absolutely lovely man who I got along with very well - we were talking of future prospects after such a short time which was great.

Don is a very modest photographer who doest realise how good he is with modelling shoots. Very impressive pre-edits indeed.

I met and worked with this very creative soul when we were paired together on the Candy Heart Plane Castle shoot and I absolutely loved working beside him and helping each other get great photos of the models.

We both learned a lot from each other and the ideas were bouncing around as how to get light into dark corners of the castle to help illuminate the gorgeous models we were working with. Even though we had just met the chat between us flowed easily and it was great to see another creative person interacting so well with all of the models.

I first met don on the candy heart group castle shoot last week . We had previously messaged each other before , but this would be our first time meeting . Don is a great guy , funny , interesting and easy to get along with . Although we didn’t get a lot of time together at the Group shoot , what time we had was very enjoyable . I was very keen to work with don again and we have already arranged a date for a shoot later in the month . Would recommend don . 🙂

The Castle event with six unique models held at the beautiful Plane Castle for the second year running hosted by Candy Heart was amazing and once again a big success.

I enjoyed my third shoot working alongside Olaf this time during the recent Castle event organised by Candy Heart he attended.

The photographers worked in pairs with half an hour with each model and Olaf worked really well with his paired photographer, they bounced ideas off each other and assisted each other even helping one another with problem solving and making sure the images they wanted were produced. It is very nice to work with photographers during a group event that work well creatively together. Team work. :)

Olaf is creative, full of energy and very professional, pleasant to work with plus we produced some gems together. A lovely person and fantastic photographer with lots of passion.

Highly recommended to all creatives, do not miss out on the opportunity to work with Olaf.

I had a fantastic time working with Don!

Truthfully I had been dealing with some personal things the day before and very nearly cancelled. Thankfully I powered through and I'm so glad that I did. Don is an absolute gentleman and a dream to work with. His pre-comms were excellent and the shoot itself was equally relaxed and fun. We had a really nice post-shoot debrief looking over all the images and he also very sweetly drove me into back into town after my bus didn't stop for me.

I really enjoyed working with him and am currently plotting our next shoot as we speak. Would highly recommend him to other models. :)

what a lovely lovely shoot!!

After being contacted by Don a while ago, we discussed possible themes and set a day, communication was excellent from start to finish and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Not only is Don an accomplished photographer, he is creative too, he is also keen to learn, not unakin to myself, and from this shoot I think everyone came away having learned something.

We covered several themes in a relatively short space of time and from what I saw back of camera created some truly epic pics.

It was a shoot full of fun, my kind of shoot. Thank you Don, thoroughly enjoyed it and hope there will be a next time!!

Had my first shoot with Olaf on Saturday. Love this guy! Me and my two friends wanted to catch some fun moments before one of them leave Scotland. Olaf made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. He gave us lots of different ideas and was great with directions. We used my flat as a studio for the first time and also went outside to get some photographs in the park. I have to admit that Olaf is very patient and we had a good fun shooting together. I can highly recommend this photographer to everyone and I hope I will have a pleasure to work with him again.
