References for Studio de Lumière

Recently shot at John's studio and was made to feel at home straight away. Plenty of studio space as well as a 'model room' to get changed (and even have a look at some clothes and shoes!) John is an experienced photographer who offers advise and tips when needed.

Ideal studio and lighting as well as a beautifully well kept garden we shot in. John was the perfect host and even made me a sandwich part way through the shoot,

Lovely studio with loads to offer from lighting through too clothes and heels (high ones!). I instantly felt comfortable in my surroundings and was made too feel at home.

I had a fantastic stufio day at Johns at the weekend .

The day was fun from start to finish ! The studio is really great to work in , very spacious with great lights .

John is a great host , he really looks after me and makes me feel at home , even made me a healthy salad for dinner .

Both John and the stufio are just fab and I can't wait to go back next month !!!!

Yesterday was the third time I have used the studio and each time John has been the perfect host. John will give you advice on your lighting if required and will make sure that you are never thirsty :)

Highly recommended and I will be using the studio in the near future.

I have worked at Studio De Lumiere so many times now, i have lost count. John the host and owner is a pure delight and I always feel at home when I am there.

The studio is clean, tidy and well equipped to suit all your photographic needs. There is different back drops, chairs and props to utilize and a lovely little natural light corner-so many options.

This studio is value for money and set in a very comfortable environment and I am more than happy to recommend to other photographer's and models.

Had another shoot at John's studio on Saturday.

As always, it was a pleasant and rewarding experience, with both model and photographer well catered for.

The equipment in the studio performed flawlessly as usual and John was always on hand to help with new ideas and creative options.

It is always a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere when shooting at John's studio.

Studio de Lumiere gets a 5 star rating from me.

I've shot at John's backyard studio a few times now, and I always look forward to those shoots. John is a great host, and the studio is well equipped with background paper rolls, a good selection of Elinchrom lights, soft-boxes and reflectors/grids/snoots etc

John is always happy to help out swapping out backgrounds, wafting a bit of air, or directing some fog ;) and he makes a great cup of coffee :) Always a light hearted and upbeat mood down at Studio de Lumière, which really helps the shoot succeed. Highly recommended from me :)

Danny molyneux and I used this studio to shoot fashion and portraiture. I found the studio to be clean, tidy and well layed out. John has arrange of coloured back drops which we made use of in addition to the infinity arc. I was able to use the spare bedroom to change in private and do my make up.

I was welcomed warmly, and was able to relax with a cup of tea before starting. Above all I felt comfortable and safe, the experience was very pleasant.

Had a shoot with Beck at John's studio on Sunday. It was great.

John kindly shoed me how everything worked, and helped me out get started with a couple of basic lighting set ups. We had a choice of backdrops which John kindly assembled for us.

Tea and biscuits were ace. I would like to say that all technical problems were resolved quickly but there just weren't any. Everything worked perfectly all day, no hitches at all. This is what happens when you stock your studio with big named branded equipment.

Very happy to return and shoot here again. Thumbs up from me.

My most recent shoot at the studio in June was, as in previous visits, a pleasant and rewarding experience. The studio is bright, warm and comfortable, with a complete range of backdrops and a choice of lighting to suit my requirements.There were various props available and the day went perfectly.

John always makes both photographer and models most welcome and was always on hand to assist if required. Refreshments were offered as required, including lunch. The images I captured on the day were as a result of a great model together with a relaxing studio atmosphere and great lighting.

John has a complete understanding of what is required to make the day easy and successful.

Looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks time.
