I met Simon for the first time on Tuesday at Greengate studio for an evening Group event I was kindly invited to take part in the shoot where me and Simon got to work together, we got on fantastically, and produced some beautiful images I couldn’t be more pleased with them

I worked with the lovely Simon again this evening. Simon is amazing with direction and can pose better than any model he easily helped instruct a newcomer gentleman to the scene and helped make his first visit comfortable.

I got asked by Simon if I'd like to do a location shoot around our city centre as the sun was setting. I happily obliged to as he is so fun to work with and really knows what he's doing! Mid shoot passers by would be curious but Simon took it in his stride and the whole time ran smoothly. We got to several different locations in a short space of time and I loved the speedy results. Excited to plan a future shoot :) such an outstanding photographer!

It's me again <_<

This time, Si joined me for my Derelict School studio day. A very derelict place ful of dead pigeons, asbestos and borken glass... Simon was professional, careful and respctful through out! We shot some art nude, some dance, a little grunge and swith some smokebombs too.

Simon as always had fantastic pre-somms, so I knew exactly what was needed from me, what I should expect and the types of themes Si wanted to shoot.

I can't thank Si enough fo booking on to this shoot - it was great fun, and INCREDIBLY productive considering we only had one hour. Si and I understand each other so well now, and we work so fast and get some great images!

Si worked incredibly well in the building too, was careful of his surroundings, and judged the light perfectly. What a PRO!

I can't wait till next time, Si! Highly recommended again!

I was very happy to be given another opportunity to work with Simon recently. Simon is incredibly easy to work with with the talent to match always resulting in wonderful images. What have Simon and I NOT shot together?

FLOUR!

This shoot was a dancing with flour themed shoot. It was a relatively chilly evening, but Simon and Bob collectively were on the ball with making sure I was warm, and well watered (with coffee!).

If there’s anything I appreciate most about Simon, it’s his communication. His pre and post shoot communication is literally PERFECT even stipulating “make sure you bring your outdoor pointe shoes” - literally spot on. I knew exactly what I was meant to be doing, and knew exactly what to bring.

Simon supplied ALL the flour, and his direction with it was also great. He was his usual self: friendly, respectful, careful, professional, and fun! I can’t ask for more.

He managed to get some awesome shots, and I now look forward to offering this as a workshop with in Stoke on Trent in the next few months.

Thank you, Simon! You are just flipping great! Highly recommended from me.

Initially met Simon at a networking event and we sorted out a shoot after that. I was impressed by his studio shots then and now on location it was even better. He was so friendly and nice to get along with on the way, had great ideas for shoot locations/themes and gave really good directions. I was over the moon with the resulting images and felt I could be my best with Simon's photographer eye! Hope to collaborate again :) A*

Had the pleasure of a couple of shoots with Simon now. We worked on a one to one basis then went to a group event where I got more wonderful photos from him. I wasn't disappointed at all, working with him is fun and easy. Each shot was really nice to add to my portfolio and I'm looking forward to another shoot we are planning soon. This was probably my hundredth shoot with Simon - we've shot together so many times and each time has been freaking awesome!

This shoot specifically was at a set of dis-used train tracks, and also at a derelict location near by, with another photographer, David Gibson.

Simon is always super conscious of my safety, and is always making sure I am comfortable through out the our shoots. He pushes my skill set, but nothing else - he respects me, and I highly respect him.

Simon got some truly beautiful images during this shoot that I hope he's really chuffed with. we worked in some really tough lighting conditions too, so he truly did a fabulous job - working efficiently, and using his knowledge and equipment to his advantage.

I always look forward to shooting with Simon. He knows of awesome locations, has a butt load of awesome ideas, and has a really nice shooting style. His direction is flipping perfect, but he's also super happy to take on and develop your own ideas too.

I can't recommend him highly enough. A great photographer and a wonderful friend. Thank you so much, Simon! Till next time! x

Simon was present during the "shooting in the rain" workshop hosted by Bob Atkinson at the Courtyard Studio in Stoke. Simon is always the most professional, helping out with lighting and even tutoring other photographers as and where he can. He's also incredibly caring and thoughtful, and always has the model in mind - making sure I was comfortable throughout the shoot and keeping me well watered with coffee.

Simon is a total delight to work with, and someone I would recommend again and again.

Simon attended with Rear curtain sync tutorial hosted by Bob Atkinson at 6 Towns Photography studio. Simon is always a joy to work with, and he was on hand to assist Bob as well as myself throughout the shoot. Simon had some great ideas and gave some perfect direction - he got some awesome images.

Simon joined myself, KaosAdy and Vampire Princess on our group shoot with Norse Dragon Armoury. Simon was respectful through out, full of ideas, and came very well equipped with smoke pellets and other goods. Simon managed to get images that no one else had taken, along with a few video clips! He was on hand to help those around him who were a little less experienced too. I would highly recommend Simon again and again. Thank you for joining us, Simon - I can't wait till next time!

I worked with Simon today along side Bob Atkison at a local studio. This was the first time Simon had worked with Prism's, which was very exciting - Simon is incredibly experienced so doing something that is a first for him is very rare.

I absolutely love working with Simon. He's talented, respectful and full of millions and millions of ideas. He knows the kind of image he wants to create from each shoot and knows exactly how to get it. He is not afraid of researching styles and lighting set ups he's not totally clued up on, and is so willing to help those around him and share his knowledge which makes working in a group of photographers a complete breeze when he is around. I
