References for Nils Härtel

Nils contacted me to invite me to model at his light painting event. Great comms before the shoot, it was my first time trying this style and he explained how it all worked, including the warning that it can be cold! But it was so worth it. Nils is a great guy and a brilliant photographer. I love my images and highly recommend working with him.

Had a great shoot with Nils this week. He is easy to work with and get along with, everything went smoothly and the results are awesome! Looking forward to working together again.

I have now shoot with monlm several occasions! He is great with direction, super organised and such a joy to work with.

Nils is great with communicating before and after shoot, showed up on time and is very respectful. We produced some great images and I would work with him again.

Finished a TF shoot with Nils at his home studio with two looks, a black and white classic portrait and a colourful Bowie-inspired shoot. Nils had all his equipment ready to use and was set up in record time. He is incredibly knowledgable on the effects of lighting in portraiture.

Nils is a joy to work with- he knows exactly what he wants the image to look like and communicates that easily to both the make-up artist and the model. We took some really wonderful pictures which certainly added to my portfolio. On top of that, he is a genuinely nice, chatty person. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Nils and I worked for the first time today at F Jarvis Studio on my studio day ! Nils arrived early and with lots of creative ideas , he is an absolute joy to work with and time flew by :)

I met Nils at a studio shoot that Fraser Jarvis had set up for myself and another model.

Nils turned up on time and knew exactly what he wanted from the shoot, there was great direction and I was comfortable throughout our short shoot.

Would recommend Nils to shoot with and would be happy to shoot with him on a longer shoot.

He very kindly drove me to Edinburgh when I discovered my trains were cancelled.

First Time working with Nils, and it was a success :)

I wanted to try something different and he was up for the challenge, my theme was projection, and he provided projector and lots and lots of various images.

He also sourced a MUA for the shoot aswell.

The shoot went to plan and we managed to get the images we wanted, communication was good before during and after the shoot.

I've had two shoots with Nils, one of them was a location shoot organised by him. During the shoots he was respectful with the other team members and he had creative ideas. He is a dedicated photographer, rich in props, well organised, with good communication which makes him very professional and easy to work with.

Worked with Nils as part of a group test shoot of steel studio's new boudoir set. Although we only got a short time to work together, Nils was polite, friendly and had clears ideas about what kinds of shots he was after. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others folks.
