I just realised it's 10 years since I did my first studio based shoot with a model. Since then I've probably done 2-5 shoots per year - some years none.
I'm now looking to work out what my "style is. I.e. what I enjoy and what brings out my best creative streak - hopefully to create some wonderful images.
So I'm setting out on a "tour" of the usual styles; various types of Glamour (there are loads; boudoir, lingerie, edgy...the list goes on depending on what you include), fashion, fitness, erotic, art nude, adult etc etc. Once I've worked that out it'll be a question of perfecting the technique.
Hence I'm looking to shoot a wide variety of models who can fulfill the goal of the shoot - whatever we've decided that is.
I like to think (and my references seem to back it up) - that I'm "professional" in my approach and always a "gentleman" when dealing with models.
If we do agree to shoot than it will be planned out in advance with a proper "shoot-plan" whether that's of the PP variety or not - this helps avoid those stony silences and we know what we're doing from the outset - no surprises!
I look forward to working with you great bunch of people.
