Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Paul came back to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Ivory Flame and Cariad Celis, alongside another photographer Simon, Virtual Image.

What can I say that I haven't already said about Paul?? He's an absolute pleasure to host here at Basford and this time brought with him some wonderful props to create some really spectacular images. I heard nothing but laughter during the shoots and he's always polite, friendly and great fun to have around.

Added bonus ... Paul brought us chocolate!!! That's a sure way to be invited back!!! :P

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Paul came back to Basford Hurst Cottage to work with Ivory Flame for the afternoon. It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Paul back, he is a wonderful photographer and really great fun to have around and talk to.

Throughout his time here he worked well with Holly and made sure to respect both her and our location at all times. Paul is very easy to get along with and polite and friendly.

We would absolutely reccomend Paul and very much look forward to seeing him again soon!! Thank you Paul!!

Meg Modelling

I met Paul through Artemisian Events, he came on week 3.

We got on like a house on fire immediately! I loved shooting with him, talking to him, hanging out with him and being silly with him. His sense of humour is fantastic, he has a beautiful eye for the right light, composition and angle, and is one of the kindest and most genuine people I have had the pleasure of meeting in this industry. I am looking forward to getting back to the UK to shoot with him again!

Paul came along to my latest studio day at Catchlight Pics Studio and, and always, it was an absolute pleasure to work with him again.

Paul is a lot of fun and amazing company. He gels really well with other group members and the banter flows freely. He’s also a kind, considerate photographer and is generally lovely to model for.

Paul’s also a fantastic photographer and I love to see the images from our shoots together. The ones I’ve seen from this shoot are beautiful, as always!

Artemis Fauna

Just a brief reference for everyone who photographed me on the latest Artemisian event to Sicily!

I don't want to repeat what I will write from the Artemisian account but from a model's point of view I had a fabulous time and am so pleased with the images I have seen from the event so far- I can't wait to see more!!

Paul and I have shot so many times over the years, but when we get into the flow we get really epic shots. I decided to wade out into the choppy waters to pose on a tree one day at the driftwood beach and not only was it pretty scary and exhilarating to hold on for dear life- we got amazing images!!

I'm excited to see many more from this event- including the images of the other models too of course.

Looking forward to Croatia now- and our shoots we have booked in-between too :)

Artemisian Luxury Photographic Holidays

We are just back from the latest Artemisian event- this time we all headed to Sicily (finally) after an almost four year postponement due to covid!!

The event was, yet again, incredible- and that's also thanks to everyone involved in the event- all the models, photographers and assistants made it so.

Stunning villa, street fashion, abandoned buildings, beach shoots, driftwood bays, themed shoots and a nod to the Godfather- we covered a lot, once again!

We had many challenges to face- the weather being the main one- oh and you know, the volcano erupting too. It was a totally freakish four weeks weather wise, sun, rain, wind and storms... but you know what- we all made it work, had a bloody fantastic time and created yet more life long memories despite all that- oh and thousands more breathtaking images too of course!! ;)

I say this each time but I am sure every trip becomes my favourite- just getting more and more nervous each time on how to keep improving- especially now I am running Artemisian alone- but I will always do by best :)

Anyway...

Paul is a regular, regular on the events and joined us for all three groups in Sicily- so he saw all the different models, all the weather and all the ups and downs!

I'm sure Paul has thousands of images to go through and I am looking forward to seeing them get posted to PP as the weeks pass.

Thank you for being such a big supporter of the Artemisian trips, Paul! I appreciate it. Not long now until Croatia :)

I had a truly wonderful shoot with Paul a couple of days ago, when he booked me for a shoot at Daniel’s Mill in Bridgnorth.

I’ve shot with Paul a few times now, but only ever in a group setting before. It was so lovely to have a few hours one-to-one to really catch up.

Paul is such a warm, kind person and is lovely company. We laughed so much at times I could hardly breath… I haven’t laughed that much in a very long time.

Paul is a fantastic photographer, and we spent the four hours experimenting with natural light, poses and composition to create some truly timeless images. I love all the ones I’ve seen so far!

Paul attended my ‘Winter Pinup’ studio day last week at Catchlight Pics Studio, and it was a joy to have him along for the ride.

Paul is wonderful company and it’s always so much fun working with him. The time we spend together just flies by! He’s always such a valued addition to a studio day and I always look forward to seeing him when he’s booked onto one of my shoots.

Ivory Flame

I was thrilled Paul joined us for our Bohemian Bloom remote event with Carla and Artemis. I have worked with Paul in-person loads of times before, but these were my first remote sessions with him. I was so happy to see him and work again, and Paul picked up the method and technique brilliantly, already having some remote experience under his belt.

Paul is a total treasure - always considerate, easy going, kind, appreciative, and encouraging of collaboration and creativity. He's such a fun and gentle soul, lovely to chat with and bounce ideas off, perfect for rewarding teamwork and enjoyment. I love the images we created, and I really hope our next meeting won't be too far away. Whole-heartedly recommended!
