Artemis's pose is almost confrontational. The whole of the scene has a beautiful ambiguity about it. It could be heaven or it could be hell. I would love to have the resources to restore this place but I'm not sure what I would restore it too??? Perhaps it's beauty really does lie in it's dereliction. Artemis certainly helps out here in the beauty stakes.
