Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Its always wonderful to welcome Will back to Basford Hurst Cottage although I am now running out of reasons as to why we highly reccomend booking a shoot with him but I will do my best!!

All pre comms were great as always and Will is always to arrange any bookings with. He arrived on time and we all enjoyed a good natter and catch up over a cuppa!! Time absolutely flies when Will is around because we never run out of things to talk about!!

He worked really well with Ayla and captured many wonderful images which looked stunning on the BOC!!

Thanks so much Will, we really look forward to seeing you again soon and all the other exciting shoot plans we have yet to bring to life....!!! :D

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Will returned to Basford Hurst Cottage this weekend to shoot with Anna Chum on her sold out studio day.

It was a pleasure to see Will again, and this time he even brought us a present in the form of a new kitchen prop which I am sure will have plenty of use here at Basford in the next few months..... !!! :P

Throughout the shoot Will worked really well alongside Anna to capture lots of incredible images. He was always respectful of her and our location and as always we probably spent far too much time chatting and putting the worlds to right!!

Had a brilliant shoot with Will at Basford Hurst Cottage!

Great communication and he knew exactly what he wanted to get out of our day together. He's full of amazing ideas and has great attention to detail and will go above and beyond to get the perfect shot he's looking for. He made sure I was warm and comfortable throughout the day and made me feel at ease from the very start.

Definitely recommend to work with him no matter what your experience!

What can I say about Will that probably hasn't been said already...!! After meeting Will a couple of times and being a big fan of his work I was honoured when he asked if I would shoot with him!! Needless to say, I jumped at that opportunity!!

Pre comms with Will were great, he gave me a clear idea of the sets he wanted to achieve, including a white towel series and an equestrian style.

Shoot day arrived and so did Will, complete with everything he needed for the shoot. After a chat and a cuppa we began shooting. Will pays a lot of attention to creating his images and what I saw on the back of the camera was amazing!! I am sure we spent far more time chatting than shooting but maybe that's testament to the quality of his work!!!

Throughout the shoot Will allowed me to pose freely but also gave direction as needed. He was happy to listen to my own ideas as well as bringing loads of his own.

I would absolutely recommend working with Will, he's a lot of fun, great to chat to and completely respectful. Thanks a lot Will, looking forward to seeing you again soon!!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Will came back to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with studio owner Miss C (Leanne) in the morning and then Ashleigh Rae in the afternoon.

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Will back to Basford. Everything was so easy to organise with him and all his pre comms were great. He arrived on time with everything he needed for the shoot ahead.

Will worked well with both Leanne and Ashleigh during the day, he is completely respectful of the model and really goes the extra mile to respect and look after the location (we are sooo grateful!!).

Of course we would 100% recommend Will and really look forward to seeing him again soon in November!! Thanks again Will!!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Will came to Basford Hurst cottage to shoot with Gwendoline on her sold out studio day.

Pre comms with Will were great, he was so easy to talk to and everything was swiftly organised!! Will arrived on time with Gwendoline having picked her up from the local coach station that morning, what a kind person!!

Will is a fantastic photographer, he's fun to have around and a very interesting and insightful person!!! I could've spoken to him for hours!!! He worked well with Gwendoline and was always respectful of the location.

Will would be welcome back to Basford anytime and I hope to see him again soon!! Thank you Will!! :D

It's my second shoot with Will and he is amazing to shoot with. Pre-communications are excellent and he is a very organised person, which is highly appreciated.

Will is a friendly and chatty person and it's always a great pleasure to spend a shoot with him. Time flies very fast and he's really looking after the models.

Will is very well organised and the communication with him is excellent. We organised everything a month in advance and agreed on specific themes, outfits, etc.

Will is very passionate about what he is doing, very professional and chatty.

The location was stunning and I felt very privileged to be able to shoot there! Communication beforehand was spot on so I knew exactly what to take and what we were shooting etc. I thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in beautiful surroundings with lots of chatter! Will ! What can I say ? What a charming , fun , interesting man .

Had my first shoot today at Two Wei House which is absolutely stunning ! Pre comms with Will had been fab and I already knew we’d get on !

I’d sent images of outfits and when I arrived Will was clear on each part of the shoot which he wanted . I was late ( my fault - long story ha ) and he was totally chilled about it due to his relaxed personality .

We hopefully got some great shots and would recommend anyone to work with him . He’s so interesting and full of great stories . The hours flew by .

Will has just left after using our studio for the last two full days - we'd have him back in a heartbeat! So many stories, such good conversation - what a star.

Clearly Will's concern for his models' enjoyment is of paramount importance to him and we could see that everyone had a great shoot as a result.

It's been great having you Will, can't wait to see some of the results and look forward to meeting you again - even if it's just for a cuppa and a chin wag!

Well I’m just going to come out and say it, after just one shoot with Will he has to be up there as one of my all time favourite photographers to work with. There I said it!

I had the most marvellous shoot with will somewhat last minute as I was on my Northern tour with a few days to spare and Will was on the lookout for a model for a shoot at the grand Two Wei Location studio in Darlton. Pre moms were simply excellent so I knew what I needed to pack, and I was warmly welcomed as I arrived.

If I had to describe Will in just one work it would be relaxed. Absolutely no stress or rush, we kick started our day over teas and coffees, had a wonder around the studio so we could decide the best places to shoot and what we wanted to shoot in the day. We shot art nude in a couple of different places using the fantastic window light, before having a quick tea break and finishing off with some lingerie in the bell tower.

Will is so down to earth, and it really did make a wonderful change to talk through a whole variety of subjects and interests throughout the day rather than the usual modelling questions, its lovely that Will has such a vast amount of knowledge that for me when walking away to have learnt a few new things myself.

If you have the pleasure of shooting with Will you are guaranteed a fun shoot, with giggles, a great professional attitude, relaxed atmosphere, and to top it off you’re create beautiful images as Will has such a talent for natural light, there were some amazing back of camera shots.

So I would have to say Will comes very easily and highly recommended by me and I’m looking forward to the next time! :)

I had a fantastic first shoot with Will today. What a lovely guy and such a gentleman too!

Will communicated very well and offered some great mood boards before the shoot. Will was amazing to work with.. Very relaxed and easy going, which I think is key to a successful shoot. From what could be seen from BOC, we captured some brilliant images. I can't wait to see how they turn out!

I hope to have opportunity to shoot with Will again. I can't recommend him enough .

I had my first shoot with Will today and loved every minute of it!

He had amazing pre-comms.. talked about the locations, what we both wanted from the shoot, what I was going to bring etc.

When I arrived at the little cottage Will had rented out I was so happy, it was a lovely place! I couldn’t wait to get around it all and get some amazing photos out of it!

Will offered me a drink straight away and started chatting which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed the whole way throughout the shoot, he’s such a lovely down to earth person and I will definitely be shooting with him again!

Can’t wait to see the photos as off the back of the camera which he shown me at the end of our shoot they look amazing!

This was my first but hopefully not last shoot with Will.

His pre shoot comms were great and he even sent me images of the cottage he had rented, which helped me plan outfits.

He picked me up and dropped me off at the station, was chatty and enthusiastic throughout the shoot and shot at a relaxed pace, allowing me to contribute to ideas as we went along.

I already have my favourite images from the shoot and can't wait to see them.

I worked with Will for the first time recently on my first ever studio day at the stunning Sandon Studio!

We had a lovely 2 hours together working in the beautiful themed rooms of the home. Will is such a colourful character;- so intelligent, interesting and knowledgeable to talk to! He is also fun, direct, creative and a joy to work with!

Conversation flowed freely and the images looked beautiful! Will is very respectful and I felt so comfortable. I am really looking forward to seeing the images.
