My first time hiring a studio and I am very pleased it was at the Oxford Atelier. It is a great studio that I have visited a number of times and cannot speak highly enough of it. Great space and well equiped allowing for some creative shots to be captured. I am very pleased with the results achieved in the studio on this shoot.

Thanks again for the excellent hospitality and support on the day. Hope to be back with you in the near future.

One Spotlight in the Theater of Shadows

Just did a shoot at Oxford Atellier. Lovely Studio and very well equipped. Maciek Is a great host and highly helpful

I attended a studio evening and really enjoyed it.

There was free parking on the doorstep which is handy especially in Oxford.

Maciek is a great host and very chatty and easy to talk to right from the off. The studio is a really good working space with bags of room and all the equipment you could want right to hand, including massive modifiers and reflectors.

There is a nice sized Hollywood mirror and changing area for models.

Maciek was very helpful and right there should you need any assistance but not on top of you so you can get on with your shots.

I really enjoyed my time and left with some great shots to use going foward.I highly recommend the studio and is in a good location in the centre of Oxford, is easy to find and get too.

I’m sure I will be visiting again.

I had a great first shoot today with Maciek at Oxford Atelier Studio, and already looking forward to working with him again. Despite being a very last minute shoot with little planning, we both left today happy with the variety of images we got. Friendly and polite, Maciek made me feel comfortable at all times and managed to make me laugh to avoid the fake smile for commercial shots. Very knowledgeable and experienced, he was able to set up a lot of lighting variations and was willing to try different effects until we found the right shot and style (starting and ending the shoot with very different images and even ideas to what we originally planned). Always being thoughtful and accommodating, I was offered beverages and the heating on in the studio, privacy and a mirror whilst shooting (which is often a huge help to a model to check hair and pose!). As for the studio, it is clean, spacious, changing room and make up prep area, and with a great variety of equipment; backdrops, gels, lighting, soft boxes etc.

Overall, a great shoot and I highly recommend Maciek as a photographer and Oxford Atelier as a studio to both models and photographers of all experiences.
