Well, where to start? Mark is a funny, friendly, cool guy. He looks after his models well and creates a nice chilled out atmosphere. His studio is warm, comfortable, well equipped with a nice big changing room and natural light. Add onto this that he is rather good with that camera of his and that we took some belting shots today. So easy to work with and at the quick pace that means I can bring my A-game.

Will most definitely be shooting with him again in future.

I had the lovely pleasure of shooting with Mark today in his studio in Leeds. Pre comms were excellent he even got in touch this morning to make sure everything was still okay for our shoot, he arrived on time and we drove to the studio.

Mark was well prepared with coffee on the go for me, studio already set, mood boards, awesome changing room well equipped with hair tongs, mirrors, hair bands, hair grips, and chairs. The studio itself is very large with motorised backdrops so it here was next to no waiting time for set changes, as well as a cool brick wall for us to work on, the studio had quite a few props from crates to chairs.

We got through tons in our four hours together from portraits, fashion, high fashion, implied, concealed, fashion nude, and art nude work.

Mark was just brilliant company with his amazing taste in music so the time just evaporated! I can easily and highly recommend any model, Mark is so down to earth, friendly, fun, and professional. And I hope to work with him again in the future!

Absolutely loved my shoot with Mark. He did me some brilliant actors headshots both in studio and with natural light giving the different looks I needed. We also did an experimental Pin Up shoot as this was something I wanted to do and he gave me great detailed feedback on what works and what doesn't work on these particular types of shoot. Being fairly new to modelling and still finding my style, I found working with Mark really useful and look forward to working with him again.

Had another shoot with Mark on the Sunday, think this was our 4th one now. Mark's a great photographer and always makes you feel right at home. His studio is a great place to work in and there's even a separate changing room with everything you could possible need in there.

We shot some fashion looks first and then I did my first ever Nude shoot with him. It's something I've been wanting to do for a while and mark made me very comfortable and confident and im super happy with the outcome :)

Mark's is a very accommodating and kind person and this is why I have worked with him so many times. We always get amazing shots and he always shows you what we've got at the end of the shoot. Would highly recommend Mark to any model :)

I had a shoot with the lovely mark a week ago. What a great shoot it was. Considerate to the model and determined to get his craft right. We had a bit of an experimentation night and when flicking through the results at the end we were both convinced there were keepers!!

I had a great laugh, lots of creativity and doing something different!! This is an easy recommendation from me and I certainly look forward to working with mark in the future.

I have shot TWICE now with Mark this year and both have been amazing.

Obviously the first time around I didn't know what to expect but Mark had given me a brief on his ideas and what he would like to achieve which always really helps.

On arrival I found him to be really relaxed and friendly, we had a good chat first over a cuppa and I felt then at ease and I knew we were going to have a fantastic shoot. And THAT we did. :D we worked at a relaxed pace but seemed to get through such a variety of looks/sets, I couldn't believe it. We even managed to do a little 'art nude' at the end which Mark had not done before and he seemed to know exactly how to shoot it straight away! I was so surprised.

He is really creative with lighting and likes to mix it up to get different looks which I think is essential and totally makes the images come alive.

Our second shoot was no different, other than this time we shot some commercial/stock images as Mark supplies to libraries online for commercial purposes. But we worked quickly through them but again we were cracking out some awesome images. We followed on with some edgy fashion, fitness shots and again a little art nude. The images are exceptional and I have added several to my port from both shoots.

Highly recommend him to work with and would shoot with again anytime :D

Had a wonderful shoot with Mark last night. What an utterly professional and friendly guy he is!

Pre-comms were fab. I had a clear understanding of what we would be shooting and what I need to pack. From the moment I arrived I found him very easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

His studio is a great space to work in. He had a separate changing room, and a great supply of hot and cold drinks to keep us refreshed. It was clear throughout that he was conscientious of the model's needs.

With some great music playing in the background, we shot so many different sets in four hours, but I never felt pressured by time or rushed through. He had a great handle of his lighting and gave helpful direction if needed. He let me pose freely and we laughed our way through the shoot. The time just flew by.

I'd highly recommend working with Mark if you get the chance.

Worked with Mark recently, and had a great, really productive shoot. We shot a few sets using different lighting set ups, and made use of the natural light too.

I was well looked after throughout the shoot - warm comfortable studio with good facilities, and plenty of tea on offer too! :)

Mark is easy to work with, professional, friendly and easy going and definitely recommended.

Had my first shoot with Mark yesterday, and what a pleasure it was, as soon as we got to the studio mark already had everything planned in his head that he wanted to achieve from the shoot. (This was helped by his array of reference shots sent prior to the shoot, which made selecting clothes to bring so much easier). Mark passed on his ideas for the style of makeup that he wanted for each look, which made the day flow so smoothly.

Really impressed with the photos when we looked through them at the end of the shoot, we got a great variety in styles/looks.

Definitely look forward to working with Mark again, couldn't recommend him highly enough!!!

Had my first shoot with Mark last week. I'm a newbie but he's a really friendly guy and he put me at ease straight away. We shot 5 looks in the 2 hours I spent there and |'m really pleased with how they came out. He's got an excellent studio and I got the images back within 3 days, so all in all highly recommended.

Had a fabulous shoot with Mark during my Manchester visit!... The shoot was booked well in advance and comm's were brilliant... We did have to shift some things around but all info given was clear and we both knew exactly what was happening! Perfect!...

He kindly collected me from the station and greeted me with a big smile!.... I get really tense meeting someone new and as soon as I got in the car I felt myself relax!... Mark was so friendly, chilled and chatty it was awesome!... I knew we would have a good shoot!...

And did we? We absolutely did!... I had a blast shooting with Mark, his studio is a brilliant set up!... Plenty of space to change in private.... mirrors and lights and rails... brilliant!... The studio itself was warm with tea on tap ;)....

But the shoot itself was terrible!.. terrible for picking the best images!... We got sooo many!...

Mark truly is a talented photographer, even if he does only faff with lights and walk up and down waiting for you to pose ;)... And he is also great company!

It's a solid recommendation from me!... And I do hope that we get to shoot again in the future!...

Had a brilliant 2nd shoot with Mark! As ever, he remains extremely professional throughout, and great company too. We chatted away as he kindly gave me a lift too and from my place, to his fantastic studio, and got the shots we needed within what seemed like minutes! He is the most efficient photographer I have ever worked with, skillful in his lighting set-ups; the shoot was a complete breeze. Without a word from me, he put on some great Northern Soul tunes (my favourite), and allowed me to pose freely and assert my creative influence, while also adding helpful suggestions and directions when needed. He sent me the edits of the photos I had liked most really speedily, and as always, we got some awesome stuff. Only problem was how quickly the shoot went! Looking forward to the next one. Highly recommended.

Now as the waves of coffee take stock, just as the familiar shutter tessitura envelope the ambience...now as the warmth, just as the sun rays petal the shoot.... in yellow and white ..this is not London. ...this is Yorkshire. ..and this is Art.

I had My second shoot with Mark at the weekend and it was even better than the first .

I love how he works and let's the model ,

Mua and himself all get involved on the styling of the shoot .

It works really well and helps to achieve the best images.

He is really great to work with , and I just love shooting with him :-D

Well aren't I a dingbat! Just going through images to share having sorted out our 3rd photo shoot in the line up and realised I never left Mark a reference for the second shoot we had! :D And that was when he put up with me dragging all manner of crazy pieces of scrap/timber through his studio door! Goodness me, if we didn't get on like a house on fire and bounce off one another with creativity I'm sure he would have reported me to our local nut house by now! :P

To be fair, the reason I end up in all these crazy outfit/sculptures is because I know full well that Mark will photograph them like a boss. He's such a fab photographer with his lighting of edgy fashion/lingerie styles and it's so much fun for me because I love bringing all these weird and wonderful looks to his door with the full knowledge that he will produce some images that are leaning very much on the mind blowing side of things! :) His studio space is just awesome, gallons of space to do the funky lighting and the charismatic industrial walls, he will always do every member of a creative team top justice and values everyone's input from start to finish. In the pre-shoot period there are no set rules, Mark will encourage everyone to be involved in the innovation and bring the clan together as one. The makeup artists he arranges are always absolutely awesome too!

I think I pretty much speak for all the models that have worked with Mark: he's a complete and utter gent with a heart of gold and gallons of passion for his creative work. His approach is so very professional, putting everyone in a nice relaxed and comfortable atmosphere so you really can just focus on enjoying the session and making some awesome imagery. :)

Roll on next month! Safe to say I am very much looking forward to our next shoot and ideas are doing somersaults already... uh-oh! :P

I had my second shoot with Mark a couple of weeks ago at his studio. Again, marks pre comms were brilliant, he was on time picking me up from the station and again we came up with various and really cool ideas as time went on. In fact, time just as it did the first time, flew by. On looking through the unedited images on computer, I was again super impressed with the images. Mark works hard to successfully achieve good results everytime. His lighting skills are spot on and we have a good combo of high key images and some gorgeous atmosphere ones in low key. I'm still more than impressed with the studio which now even has a set of tongs, straighteners and even a crimper which I of course I had to use lol.

Mark again kindly offered to run me all the way back to Oldham after our shoot. Highly recommended by me. Great photographer and all round nice guy.

I'm rubbish at writing these things

It took time to organise the shoot due to this being my part time job and working around my other commitments but we got there in the end and glad we did.

Mark has a great studio with cool equipment and heaters in the dressing room and all the things a model needs in there lots of natural light amongst them .

Mark is easy to work with and likes models to do their thing and feel comfortable in every way tea on tap and a nice lunch while we looked through what we had done so far then on to the next outfits I'm glad I went up to leeds can't wait to see the finished images .

I had a great shoot with Mark last night, at his studio.  Mark was a pleasure to work with and has a great studio setup, which is also very spacious.  He also made sure there was plenty of tea during the shoot :-)

We worked through a variety of different looks, using different lighting setups, being creative along the way.  We caught a variety of cracking shots, for different moods, which I look forward to seeing.

Mark is a very pleasant and easy going person, the shoot was well organised and I hope to work with Mark again soon.

Highly recommended.
