Studio space on the outskirts of Brighouse in West Yorkshire available for rental. Postcode is HD6 2RN.

Available weekday evenings and occasional weekends.

I have a good range of lighting, accessories, modifiers and backgrounds as well as some nice natural window light.

The equipment and facilities at the studio are always being added to. Below is a summary of the main equipment.

1 x Pixapro Storm 600 studio flash head
1 x Pixapro CITI 600 flash (battery powered)
3 x Pixapro PIKA 200 flash (battery powered)
3 x Neewer Colour Changing LED panels
2 x 18" LED Ring Lights
1 x Pixapro Optical Snoot Spot Projector with 85mm lens and selection of gobos
1 x Pixapro Fresnel light attachment

Plus lots of other modifiers including Snoot, Beauty Dish, Strip Boxes, Soft Boxes and large reflectors as well as triggers and a light meter. Various LED lights available too.

3 Paper background rolls attached to wall (currently 2 shades of grey and white) as well as a selection of cloth backgrounds (including black).

2 x red leather effect chesterfield high back chairs and a cream leather effect chaise long.

I also have 2 smoke machines, a bubble machine, white angel wings and lots of other random props!

Studio space is 6.536m x 8.220m (c. 559 square feet) and has a changing area in the room. Building has modern toilets and a kitchen as well as ample on-site car parking.

PLEASE NOTE: the studio is on the 2nd floor so involves stairs to get to it as there is no lift.

Studio Hire Rates:

2 hours: £40 (minimum booking)
4 hours: £75
6 hours: £110
8 hours: £145

Additional hours on top of the above are charged at £20 per hour.

If you are interested in a longer term block booking then I now have the following options available.  These are based on a 12 month duration and on a use them or lose them basis.

30 Hours up-front booking @ £450 (£15 per hour)
20 Hours up-front booking @ £320 (£16 per hour)
10 Hours up-front booking @ £170 (£17 per hour)
