First shoot with Michael

It was a duo shoot with me and Marla Pandora,

We all worked great together,

Lots of ideas and i love love the shots he has sent me,

Highly recommend and hope to work with him next year when i tour again.x

Worked with the lovely Mike this morning at Crawley camera club. As always the time flies and we create some gorgeous images whilst having a good catch up and a cuppa. Mike is highly professional and a genuine lovely guy ☺️

Lovely shoot with Mike as part of the CCC Studio evening - he kindly gave me a lift and was an excellent organiser for the group shoot evening, making sure I was well looked after. He also managed to keep a relaxed yet efficient atmosphere with over 10 photographers - nice job!

He let me sneak a peek at the back of the camera - he's got some lovely shots :D

Firstly apologies for late reference Mike . I know your thinking of how your going to get me back lol 😂

Mike asked me to do a shoot for the camera club he runs . As per usual we had a fantastic time 😊. I love shooting with Mike as it’s so much fun . I know I drive him mad with my constant talking and my mad sense of humour hee hee 😜.

Mike kindly picked me up from the station with half my wardrobe in tow . I did ask him to bring a lorry instead of his car . 😂.

I knew a couple of the members at the club from prior shoots I’d done there . The day flew by . We had lots of fun. Along with some mad outfits and sets we did. All in all a very successful productive day.

Mike is an absolute treasure to be around. He’s a real gentleman a professional and very hospitable. I love being in his company 😊😊.

As always pre shoot comms are always funny 😁. I always look forward to our shoots . As always I recommend Mike 💯 %. He’s a real down to earth geezer 😊😊.

He creates some amazing images and his knowledge of lighting expert .

He was easy-going and very professional and put me at ease right away.he was very accommodating and had some great ideas and is very creative .

Ive just returned from my tour of kent , and before I came home I had the pleasure of working with Mike for the second time.

I had the pleasure of joining a studio shoot arranged by Mike at Crawley CC. The event was well organised and communications good. It was seen as a great success by all those taking part, photographers and models.

I had the pleasure of meeting and shooting with Michael for the first time earlier this week. We planned a creative music and dance themed shoot on the Brighton seafront, with the lovely model freespirit also. The weather wasn't 100 percent obliging but we got some awesome shots and Michael was kind enough to take us to a cafe and get us a warming hot drink! :) Michael is incredibly thoughtful, kind, funny and very easy to work with. Highly recommended and would love to work together again

Another wonderful shoot with Michael, this time together with model and violinist Helen-Rose in a Music and Dance Themed shoot on Brighton Seafront (Mike's inspired idea).We didn't have the warmest of weather conditions, so Mike kindly took us for a hot drink part the way through, but we all persevered and got some really lovely images- Mike made great creative use of Brighton bandstand and also the lighting on a nearby sculpture work. Michael has always been one of my favourite people to work with ever since I joined this site, as he is always so thoughtful and respectful, and such a good photographer.

Highly recommended, and I hope we will together again. Thank You. :)

Michael actually arranged the shoot on Brighton seafront with Helen Rose and Freespirit and the dance/music theme. I noticed a casting, but I think it was intended as Mike's private shoot but he very kindly allowed me to join him - many thanks for that!

It was actually very easy to work alongside Mike and thanks for sharing this shoot!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike recently at the converted barn I'm staying at in West Sussex.

Mike was a joy to work with, he had plenty of ideas of his own, but he was also open to any of my suggestions. The shoot ran really smoothly and we got some really fab images from the day. He was also so kind to send me all the edits from our shoot which was really kind of him.

Mike is fun, easy to chat to, respectful and I loved being in his company. I hope I will get the opportunity to shoot with him again soon.

Another absolutely lovely shoot with Michael, this time a lighting tutorial for his camera club, which he conducted with great professionalism and passion for photography. Pre-shoot communications were great and thorough, the shoot was booked well in advance, and we have worked on one tutorial previously, so I knew what to expect. Michael kindly picked me up from the station, and turned the heating on in the studio and made sure that I was comfortable at all times, he even very considerately bought me a sandwich. I love working on tutorials, as they are educative for me as well, as an aspiring/learning photographer, so this tutorial was very interesting for me, and it helped that Michael kindly let me see the results we were getting as we went along, and he was precise and thorough in explaining the lighting set ups. In addition, Michael is always one of my favourite people to work with, as it is simply such a pleasure.

Highly recommended, and I hope we will work together again soon. :)

Boom 💥 tastic. Got to see my dear friend Mike today . We haven’t t seen each other for a number of months. So it was really nice to catch up after such a long time 😊. I’ve lost count how many times we’ve shoot now . Mike was overly happy as he actually got to speak more than I did lol 😝. As I’ve been told many times I could talk the hind legs of a donkey 😉

The plan today was to shoot some low key which we haven’t really done before. Or have we . Holy crap I can’t remember lol 😂.

Mike brought some props with him that we’d discussed over the phone on a few occasions. I was more than happy to use his props rather than my own for a change . Mike knew what he wanted to achieve today . Unfortunately he didn’t tell me haha. He did really 😉. We did a number of sets which I was really pleased with after looking at the back of the camera. Mike brought a knife to use . I got a few ideas of my own how I wanted to use the knife which again worked really well. I shot anonymous today as I didn’t have any make up on . I’m really into the whole anonymity style atm so it worked well .👍

I don’t see Mike as a photographer he’s more of a friend to me . He’s a very respectable and considerate towards others .We get on like a house on fire . He has a fantastic sense of humour. Very chilled and laid back . So easy to get on with .We talk laugh etc which makes the shoot more enjoyable and fun .

Mike is a real gentleman, a friend and a very professional photographer 😊.
