its so hard to live day to day when your suffering from mental health problems, you get called a bad mum in an argument and it hurts even though you know it isn't true, you get called all sorts of names in arguments even though the most hurtful words aren't true and you wonder why you deserved it? your brain is busy wondering if anyone else thinks of you that way, your depression starts to take hold and you stop having energy to do anything. you manage to get out of the house to run some errands and your thinking and thinking, your brain is so loud with thoughts. and then some loud guy showing off to his friends tells calls out to you "smile love!" and his friends all laugh. does this irritate anyone half as much as it does me?
