Morgan and Worth Millinery

I’m Kelly Morgan, milliner and founder of Morgan & Worth Millinery. It all started when I was a little girl, hair of blonde, and the world was mine as long as I had something I could draw with. One sunny day my mother found me drawing lemons on the back of a paper plate. I then transformed that plate into a summer hat after fashioning a matching ribbon to it. My very first hat. Somewhere in a drawer is a Polaroid documenting the event. I had no idea that some twenty years later I would be on a path that would lead me to start my own millinery business.

I received my millinery training while studying Costume and Performance Design at the Arts University Bournemouth. There I realised the pinnacle of my interests lies in the history and psychology of dress and, of course, hats.
