It was our second visit from Joan yesterday. Great pre-shoot comms and a delight to host each time. Joan is a friendly, polite and enthusiastic photographer, clearly very keen to master her art and we can't wait to see some of the images she's captured at Two Wei.

I had a wonderful shoot with Joan last week with Damien Lovegrove.

We shot in a beautiful hotel in Bristol and spent the a full day shooting a mix of fashion, portraits and boudoir.

Joan is super lovely person, really nice and easy to get along with and professional.

Joan was one of the photographers on the Wednesday night group shoot at Studio Fifty Eight.

First time I've worked with Joan but extremely easy to get on with, she's very sweet and very complimentary.

I worked with Joan as part of a group ahoot, where I stressed the importance of each photographer shooting 1-2-1, rather than a crazy time of everyone shooting at once, so I can pose for each photographer specifically.

Joan was polite, friendly and let me pose freely, but also gave her own ideas/suggestions. She was keen to ask questions and clearly has a thirst for learning- excellent trait for a photographer! I admire her passion and I can see her going far with her photography.

I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Joan booked on my studio day at Open Space last week. Pre-shoot comms were excellent and everything ran smoothly beforehand. We discussed the ideas she had for the shoot which despite her not being to the studio before she had done her homework and was aware of the sets/styles that would work there.

On the day unfortunately Joan got lost and we sat waiting for her for half an hour wondering what could've happened. She had also forgotten her phone too. On arrival she was a little flustered (as you might explain) and the studio owners were very good and offered her a cup of tea and told her not to worry, there is no rush. So we chatted about where to start and we decided with boudoir.

Alan set up the lights for the set and explained to Joan what he was doing and why as Joan is very keen to learn and understand about lights/camera settings and striving to get the perfect shot.

Joan is a lovely lady, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and the shots we captured were wonderful - especially the quirky bath set we did - oh and the dress shots showing my back/curves.

I'm looking forward to working with Joan again, hopefully soon and also to see her progress as a photographer.

I worked with Joan at The Boardroom, Joan is fairly new to photography but she is already showing great skills with the camera! I found her easy to work with, felt completely ease with her. We managed to do some fashion outside in the garden area and then we proceeded to shoot some wonderful ballet and dance shots! We managed to shoot loads and loads, even using the Christmas set, and candles!

Joan was happy to try some ideas I had with the candles and she did it fantastically!

Joan has a thirst for learning which is going to help her progress extremely fast, she already has some great knowledge on lighting and compassion.

I would definitely recommend working with Joan and I hope to work with her again in the future!!

We had an outdoor shoot and tried to get some good shots even though it was very cold.

Joan is very friendly and very caring person with a positive mind and energy.

I'm always nervous working with photographers who are new to PP with little references but Joan really was worth the gamble.

She kindly picked me up from home and we set off to a nearby park for a location shoot. Unfortunately it did rain but we still managed a really productive shoot. We then popped back to my home where we Carried on and used her studio lighting.

Joan is very knowledgable on lighting already and I didnt really need to give suggestions as she knew what she was doing! You dont need to worry about unflattering lighting with Joan.

I also loved Joan's creativity and how many interesting ideas she had, one of my most enjoyable shoots for a while :)

Joan has an obvious passion for photography which made the shoot run so smoothly, I cant believe how quickly 6 hours flew by!

I look forward to working with her again and cant wait to see the finished images.

I had the pleasure of shooting with this lovely lady, on a studio day at Studio Fifty Eight!

It was our first shoot together and i thoroughly enjoyed minute of it!

Joan turned up on time, with all of her kit and a smile on her face. We got on really well and produced some great images together.
