About the studio… . Well equipped space with separate changing area, Customer seating area, Kitchen area with Microwave, and Toilets. Everything you need for a successful photo session or training workshop   Perfect for amateur and professional photographers.

Small groups welcome, including Photographic Clubs and Societies.  

The 12m x 6m space is perfect for Fashion shoots, commercial photography, portraits, headshots, and family/group photos.  

The colorama backdrops allow for easy changing of backgrounds and offer a range of colours.  

The studio is totally private.  

Equipment Details:  

Flash units:

4 x Bowens 500, 2x Interfit 3x Portaflash.   

3x Snoot, 4x Softboxes, 2x reflectors,

1x Beauty Dish, boom, several brollies, barn doors, honeycombs, gels, etc.  

6 multi channel wireless triggers.   

Backdrops:  

Paper: Brown, White, Blue, Pink, Charcoal, Greenscreen (Colorama – Studio Backgrounds supported by Manfrotto Autopole system. Width approx. 3m)  

Fabric: White, Black, Blue (mottled)  

Scenes: Printed backdrops with a variety of 'locations'

Props:   Various chairs, stools, cushions, fabrics, parasols, dried flowers,  

Changing area:   Models have use of a changing and make-up area – plus, we have a range of clothes, including: high quality Axfords corsets, dresses and lingerie, swimwear. Use of wardrobe £10 per hour.

Travel: Close to Pudsey rail station, 15 mins from the M621 and have free onsite parking. So no need to struggle with the city centre or pay exorbitant parking charges. Studio Hire: Mike Lester Photography’s Studio facilities (Lighting, Backdrops, Props & Wardrobe) are available for hire on a ‘self drive’ basis. Not sure how to use a studio or lights? Rates: Studio facilities only 

Individuals – One/Two Photographer(s)

Studio facilities only (Self Drive – No support)

• £25 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
• £150 per day (9am – 5pm)
• Evenings: £60 (7pm to 9pm)

Studio with model: (Self Drive – No support)

• £65 per hour (min 2 hours)

Small group bookings accepted.

Customers are required to maintain appropriate Health and Safety standards at all times. Damage to equipment, premises or any other items belonging to Mike Lester Photography must be paid for in full prior to leaving the studio. In order to be fair to other customers who may have booked services immediately before or after your time-slot, please ensure that you include time for preparation or packing up within your agreed ‘time-slot’. Please do not expect to have access to, or use of the studio prior to or beyond the times agreed. (See Terms & Conditions)

Terms & Conditions Please ensure that you have read the full Terms & Conditions available on my website (mikelesterphotography.co.uk) , specifically paragraph 13. “The studio is only available to the customer between the times specified in the booking details. Use of the studio beyond the specified times will incur additional charges at a rate of £25 per hour or part. Customers are required to adhere to health and safety guidelines within the studio. All reasonable efforts shall be made to ensure their own safety and those of others. The customer is responsible for the behaviour of any additional persons accompanying him/her.
