In 2054, the Dyson TBT-2100 Time Travel Bubble becomes commercially available for journeys limited to going back in time only. However, it did not allow the traveller to interact in any way while in the 'Bubble'. Exiting the Bubble was not possible and you would be vapourised!!

That is covered in the 127 pages of small print as potentially disturbing or altering the space-time continuum. It could also cause unknown consequences for the future. It may even preclude the invention of the Time Travel Bubble and so the end of Time Travel for a while.
