I had my first shoot with Mike yesterday evening and it was fab . We had great communication prior to the shoot and rescheduled twice with ease due to weather problems. Throughout the shoot I felt comfortable and enjoyed general chat and shot ideas as we moved to different points of our location. He gave good direction & let me review images on his camera as we went along which was helpful for me pose wise.

I'd definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again (:

On possibly the hottest day of the year I had a location shoot with This Thing Called Photography. Pre-communication from Mike was excellent, we met at an agreed location and he was kind enough to drive me around whilst we shot the various themes in different areas. Mike was an absolute joy to work with, he has an excellent eye for a shot and brought some amazing smoke bombs which just turned the great shots into wow shots. Nothing was too much trouble either, a true gent! Wearing big dresses in the heat led to unavoidable (and most unladylike) sweating and he even helped 'peel' me out when I got stuck. So my apologies Mike and thank you for a truly fabulous shoot. Highly recommended!!

Had my first shoot with Mike yesterday on location and what an enjoyable shoot it was. Mike was really laid back and likes to show you the images you are producing as you go along to make sure you are both satisfied with the results. He was on time, polite and really easy to talk too. Despite the heat we got some great shots! Would highly recommend Mike if you are looking for a photographer who knows his way around a camera. Thanks again Mike x

I shot with Mike a couple of weeks ago on a summer location shoot. He was a lovely guy, full of creative ideas and really easy to get along with.

Pre shoot communication was good, he was very professional throughout and the pictures looked really good.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike this week. I responded to his casting call after his original model cancelled - and I'm so glad I did!

I was instantly relaxed upon meeting Mike; he was professional, friendly, interesting and fun to work with! Mike was more than happy to try out some of my ideas to get some darker, more emotional images and I am made up with the shots I've seen so far!

Mike is clearly an experienced photographer, he used the equipment with ease and gave direction well. I would love to work with Mike again and we have already discussed a location shoot in the summer - looking forward to it!
