This was my first shoot with Mick on location.

Mick was extremely professional from start to finish, We shot in woodland local to me, Mick throughout the morning made sure I was comfortable 1st and foremost! I can't stress how much easier this made our shoot. Not only is Mick extremely warm and hospitable he's fantastic at what he does, his eye for detail and endless ideas it was nothing short of a pleasure to work with him and I'm sure we will get some fantastic images from this shoot!

A great photographer and would definitely love to shoot with him again, and is highly recommended :-)

Mick booked a slot at my studio day at f/8studio , he turned up and explained some ideas he had and we got on with trying out lighting and poses to catch what he was after, after a short time we got on the same wavelength of creativity and were trying out all sorts of shots including natural light and studio lighting, I could see the shots as we went which was really helpful in getting the right shot.

I had a great time working with mick and the results are beautiful, actually one of them is my new favourite and I’m so glad we got the chance to work together, he is a real gem !

Second great shoot with Mick!

First of all I must say he was very patient and understanding when I had to cancel the shoot twice due to health reasons. Luckily we finally had a chance to shoot together and I've really enjoyed it! Mick prepared fantastic, unusual outfits for me (including jewelry!) And even asked his wife to help me with one of them as medieval dress wasn't the easier one to put on!! (So massive points for being respectful and making me comfortable) Pre Comms were spot on, perfect location and fantastic atmosphere during the shoot! Definitely recommend

I worked with Mick for the first time at my studio "Heavenly Bodies Studio" and had such a great time! It was our first time working together and would you believe it... I still get nervous after all of these years working with someone new!

However from first meeting Mick, he was so down to earth, kind, extremely professional and a thoroughly lovely person! His comms were excellent, he was well prepared and arrived to the shoot with fantastic Steampunk inspired props which looked beautiful against the smokey backdrop we have in our studio.

The accessories and choker he chose to style the shoot really complicated the outfits of the shoot (hes a great stylist! :) )

It was Micks first time venturing out into the studio on his own and he did so well; applying great styling and giving helpful feedback as the shoot progressed.

Mick was kind to show me images as we went along and I really LOVED the results! I greatly look forward to the uploads, there were some stunners in the selection!

Thank you for a lovely day Mick and I really hope to work with you again in the future :) Highly recommended to all creatives, Helen x

1ST shoot with Mick and was perfectly punctual, which was a blessing as I got the dates mixed up (completely my fault). However that aside, we are always set up for anything and we had a great shoot! Both Mick and model were hilarious!! Even Izzie lent her hand at modelling for some scenes and got caught out laughing!

All in all, it was great to have you here, looking forward to seeing the final images and hope you return to the funny farm!

Absolutely loved shooting with Mick. I was extremely nervous to be in front of the camera after years away but Mick's sense of humour made me relax and made me realise how much I had missed this. I was also lucky enough to have the most amazing outfit provided for me which I am very grateful for. Thankyou!!!

I loved his ideas and he also took onboard my own, which always results in a successful shoot!

I had a fantastic shoot with Mick earlier in the year at my Gloucestershire apartment.. he was fun & chatty, and we were productive with the time, managing to venture out into Tewkesbury town and by the river too for some candid, natural portraits.

Mick brought some fabric with him and had cool ideas using the natural light in the main room of my apartment.. resulted in beautiful classic & emotive portraits.

He had specific ideas he wanted to try, which I always love - one which was a composite made in post-production - added some humour and varying poses laid over a Chesterfield sofa, and the result worked really well!

Experimented and had a giggle.. great photographer, lovely energy. Happily recommended to other models & clients alike :)

Had a great shoot with Mick today at f/8 studio!

Mick has a lot of different and unique ideas and a great eye for a detail. We've tried many outfits and accessories for our shoot and I must say I'm really happy with the final images !

Mick and I shot for the first time in F8 studio and it was an absolute pleasure. Mick had some definite concepts he wanted to try, some we had discussed and some on the spur of the moment but as Mick is creative, they worked well.

Pre comms were great, and I was instantly put at ease by his friendly nature and humour.

The time flew and we captured some great images.

I highly recommend working with Mick if you get the chance!
