Had a shoot with Michael at his studio in Alfreton. The studio is well equipped and Michael is very easy to get on with and professional. Had a great shoot exploring fashion and art nude. Highly recommend working with M, he is experienced, talented, fun, creative and willingly (and able) to do a variety of genres. We created and captured some great shots. Felt totally at ease and look forward to working with him again in the near future. :)

I worked with Michael at his studio, for a studio day with styling by John Vonbatcat. Michael is a great guy, professional yet down to earth and easy to get along with. His studio is a great space, with plenty of room to move around and a good sized dressing room. I felt comfortable working with him and would recommend him to other models. I hope to work with him again :)

I wanted some wet hair photos for ages, and it had been a while since I did any modelling so it was really nice to have such a welcoming photographer who was laid back and had an amazing range of equipment.

He cooperated with me on the style of shoot I wanted and we really did get some amazing images from a short last minite shoot.

He even made me a nice cuppa before we started.

I would definitely recommend this man. Will probably work with him again too.

his studio has everything you need and is warm and clean and I really enjoyed the time I had there.

Michael certainly knows his stuff with lighting and even though we only had a short space of time working together it was excellent x

Michael offers a range of photographic days that offer both great value but also great opportunities to work with a range of models and themes

This weekends costume event supported by John Vonbatcat was an excellent opportunity to work with outstanding models and costumes

As a winner of a converted "Dave award" for best studio 2014 Michael is acknowledged as been a great lighting technician.

Irrespective of your photographic level give one of Michael's events a try, you will not be disappointed , very highly recommended

Well what can i say Michael is a fab tog. We plan the shoot a month before we shot and i must say that the shoot ran very smooth think we shot for 6 hours but it felt like one. Michael is fun to be around and made sure we had plenty to eat and drink when on set as well as playing great music to make me feel at ease. For sure i will be working with him again Michael if you plan any model days book me in :)

Had a lovely shoot with Michael and Moss. Michael is friendly and professional, and I absolutely love moss the dog. The studio is nice and spacious, I love the dressing room! I had loads of fun at the Studio, he made me very welcome and by the way makes the BEST cups of tea! I would recommend any model to work with Michael. Had a shoot with michael today. He made me feel very welcome. Michael is such a lovely person who knows exactly what he is doing! He has many good ideas and knows how to get the best shots. He has a very professional approach to his work. The shoot was very fun and exciting and most of all I really enjoyed it.

We worked very well together and even had a high 5 to end our shoot!

I would love to work with him again!

I have worked with Michael twice at his studio, once for Purple Robes and the second time for his studio day. On both occasions I felt comfortable in his knowledge and skills and both shoots produced lovely shots.

His studio has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the studio days are great for meeting other models and photographers.

Plus... He has a lovely dog :) bonus points!

I had another lovely day/shoot with Michael today! Michael was helping tutor another photographer on studio lighting and once more, Michael was friendly, polite and very professional. He explained his lighting ideas in detail and helped the photographer and even myself, learn how important lighting is in studios.

Michaels studio is large and spacious. So there is no worry that someone cant fit me into a whole photo. I love the feel of the place and Im so happy I got to see Michaels pet dog again!

I had an amazing time today with Michael! I am still smiling now. The images looked sensational and Michael is so lovely and down to earth!

His pre communications were perfect. He kept me up to date with everything and was happy and cheerful. He met me off the bus with his gorgeous dog (which was very well behaved and kept out the way, asleep haha)

The preview shots looked incredible and I was amazed. It goes to show.. he really is the Lighting King! Even without photoshop/post processing, I was in awe. I cannot recommend this man enough. He is utterly professional, so no dodgy talk from him or anything of the sort.

New models, professionals and anyone else inbetween, book him now! :) Thank you for today Michael!

Had an absolutely fantastic shoot with Michael he was really professional but loads of fun too!

He met me at the bus stop and gave me a tour of his studio before we started shooting.

Honestly cant recommend him enough hes a great guy and really made me feel comfortable!
