Hi! So I'm a Vancouver based amateur artist...

I do psychedelic art & body paint, using any combination of freehand/traditional brushes, tracings/transfer stencils and symmetrical geometry/measuring.

Over the last few years I've been focused on combining UV neon paints in contrast with standard opaque colours to produce optical illusions under blacklight.

The goal is to create bright 3D visuals that not only look striking in person, but can also be captured in still photos.

It's time consuming and challenging, yet very artistically fulfilling to create.

I'm a very respectful, considerate and imaginative artist/person. Making the experience a positive one for you is of utmost importance as far as I'm concerned.

My preference is to collaborate/brainstorm with you (the model) and use that input to design something unique for you. Working on a project using both of our ideas is much more satisfying than simply using your body as a canvas for my concepts.

The best way to think of it is like a temporary tattoo. We can design anything and put it anywhere. The majority of my creations have been topless chest pieces, since landmarks like the clavicle, nipples and belly button combine perfectly with symmetrical art. However, I am interested in experimenting with any kind of design, anywhere you'd like to put it, with two exceptions... I am not comfortable painting on anyones face or genitalia. Buttcheeks or a little below the pantyline is fine, but that is where my boundaries lie. Nudity is not essential, only the desire and patience to create fascinating, original artwork.

One other thing to note... I am not a photographer, nor do I own any professional photography equipment. I know of several, both male & female, that are always willing to be involved in a project like this, and have experience in capturing this type of art properly. If you know any with the same skills, even better! The decision on the right photographer, poses & backdrops will be 100% up to you and who you feel most comfortable with.
