She flows from pose to pose with a feline grace and total assurance. Great communications and fun to work with. I look forward to her next trip to the UK and another chance to work with her.

Merrique was one of the inspirational models that I was always seeing when I started in 2011 so it never really crossed my mind I'd get the opportunity to work with her. Fortunately the stars came together and things worked out to get a chance to shoot with her. Communication was perfect, everything sorted with no hassles. Merrique is absolutely down to Earth and very easy to work with and instantly showed that literally every pose she does is amazing! A true creative soul and I'm genuinely excited about being able to shoot with her again. I recommend if you get the opportunity to work with her then grab it!

Working with Merrique is charming. She is professional, focused, great at what she does and clearly she has a fantastic look, but she is also just really nice to spend some time with. I have not shot with a model for almost three years and it was great to have my return to this world be through working with a friendly, interesting, creative and fun person. I had a blast and would recommend working with her, wholeheartedly, to anyone - I am absolutely hoping that we will get the opportunity to work together again.

I finally worked with the legend herself... and she more than lived up to her rep as the incredible model that she really is... I have been lucky to have worked with a few super awesome models and I am still in total awe of her.

She turned up, we went through a few ideas... Had a cup of Earl Grey and off we went... the shoot was flawless but you need to be relatively fit to keep up with the various heights she works at... saying that she's very patient and will wait for you to take that perfect shot and will make sure it's just that... Perfect!

Despite all this... no ego... nada..none... Loved working with her... loved her company too... perfect day spent shooting :)

My third shoot with the wonderful Merrique. A total professional from initial communications to the shoot itself. Merrique is wonderful company and brilliant to collaborate with. Her modelling skills are exceptional with a feline grace and exceptional fluidity. Always creative she is one of those few models that can always add that extra something to an image. Sadly she only comes to these shores once a year but I am already looking forward to working with her again next year.

I have long wanted to work with Merrique and was delighted to be given the opportunity during her current visit to the UK. She surpassed my wildest expectations. She is talented across many genres but her flexible sinuous unusual art nude poses are just stunning. Great pre shoot communication and a joy to work with. Easy conversation and a sense of humour. If you get the chance to work with this delightful and oh so talented lady, grab it. Thanks Merrique :-)

Second Glance

If I thought my first shoot with Merrique was wonderful, my second was absolutely fantastic.

Merrique is like a beautiful firework - just light the touch paper and watch her go - fabulous fluid poses and seemingly effortless in her movements and expressions.

From a photographer's perspective, the most amazing thing is how quickly she gets and interprets any concept -usually faster than me and I'm the one holding the camera.

I would hope to work with Merrique on any occasion that she graces the UK with her presence - absolute diamond :) x

Organised a shoot with Merrique a couple of days ago, during here European tour. Although she had a terrible flight from Stocholm( she stayed at the airport for a night) we went for a shoot after she arrived at our place. I have worked with Merrique last year. so I knew she is a wonderful model. She was even better then my high expectations. We did a location and an outdoor shoot in the morning/ afternoon and later another set at the beach towards sunset. Merrique has a natural elegance is very flexibel and amazing posing skills. If you feed her Gooodaaaah! and tomatoes she is top, top, top. next to her posing , Merrique is a very relaxed beauty, great in conversations. So guys run for her, she might still be in the UK! useless to say, she is a stunning model

My second shoot with the brilliant Merrique. Certainly one of the very best models that I have had the honour of working with. (One of the 'Carlsberg' models!). Artistic, creative and great company. Looking forward to working with her again and already have ideas and plans. Sadly that will probably not be before next year when she will hopefully return to the UK. Thanks Merrique - you are fantastic

Second Glance

Merrique is magnificent. I first saw her profile when she joined Purpleport some months ago and I was devastated to see that she was based in the USA.

I was thrilled that she was undertaking a European tour and booked her immediately. I was not disappointed - Merrique is an incredibly talented model with stunning looks and wonderful figure.

Our half day shoot just scratched the surface of what we could shoot and I will definitely try and make another booking if she makes another UK visit.

Organized a shoot with Merrique last week. Iam so happy I had the opportunity to work with this outstanding pro model, and lovely person. During the shoot Merrique amazed me with her flexibility, enthusiasm, she fills in your concepts and goes further and further. She has her own interpretation of your ideas and improves your images her way. It was really great to build up my concepts to an amazing level. She is a PRO. Hope to show our work on PP soon.

Around the shoot Merrique is fun, lovely woman to have around, having conversations with about much more then photography. I cant recommend her enough. GUYS RUN FOR HER, SHE IS STILL IN EUROPE.
