Lilith In Bloom-Alt Photography

I recently photographed the wedding of Mr and Mrs Simmonds in Birmingham , and Matt was the videographer appointed by the couple. It is notorious that videographers and photographers have a tendency to clash when it comes to getting the specific shot required, but Matt and I worked fluidly together and it was not just an asset to be working alongside him, but it was also a pleasure. We were so in sync with our captures that you would have thought we had been working together for years.

A charming chap, very friendly and really helped out in a pinch.

Had an absolutely fab shoot with Matt on Friday.

He was very well organised & prepared for our 60's themed shoot with music to match the scene. I actually felt as though I was back in time enjoying the fun & colourful vibes of the rock & roll era. :)

Matt is such a fun and bubblbly person to work with and I totally enjoyed the whole of our shoot (which went so fast over the 4 hours if it wasn't for work & family commitments we could have shot another good couple of hours at least!) :)

I can't wait to see the finished pics from this colourful & completely fun shoot and am looking forward to working with Matt again in the future. He's like a breath of fresh air. I definitely recommend him to to all the models out there wishing to give their portfolio a boost & a fresh & vibrant zest of life. x

I had a fantastic shoot with Matthew yesterday on location at Formby.

Matthew is a very approachable photographer friendly and very helpful.

His communication prior to the shoot was second to none sending over mood boards,reference ideas, makeup ideas, timelines and much more.

Matthew had a great eye for location and didn't mind getting himself wet and dirty to get the ideal shot.

As well as his own ideas he allowed us to incorporate ours and made time for us to be able to get our own shots in as well.

Overall a fantastic talented photographer and a pleasure to work with.

What to say about shooting with Matt?

He was an absolute pleasure through and throughout the planning process any questions I had were answered promptly with great detail and information provided.

On the shoot date he met me and talked me through everything that would be occurring, his manner is polite, professional but also allowed room for input from myself and the other models to add further shots in.

Having worked with Matt I would say he is a pleasure to work with and would certainly work with him again and recommend him to you all.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt on a project that was certainly different to what I usually do..

He put up with 3 models for a whole day, accommodating all of our ideas as well as having his own fantastic ideas.

Matt found the location, which was perfect for the images he had in mind.

The shots from this shoot are definitely some of my favourites and I cannot wait to work with him again.

I highly recommend Matt to all models.. New and experienced. He really is a great person to work with, his ideas are unique and fresh.
