Hi everyone, I am Matt, a professional photographer based in Cupar, Fife, near St Andrews and Dundee on the East Coast of Scotland. I am originally from Wiltshire in the South West of England, and I have been working as a professional since 2019, after first taking up photography in 2015. As a way of improving my knowledge and skills as a photographer I enrolled on an HND Photography course as a mature student at Dundee and Angus College in 2020, achieving an A and being awarded the Photography Prize for the highest achieving student in the year. I have been published in a few niche photography magazines relating to Boudoir Photography, and in 2023 I launched my own self-published magazine - EXQUISITE by Matt Hooper Photography. This print and digital magazine showcases the best of my photography in Boudoir, Glamour and Fashion. I have connected with several models on PurplePort for this, and as a way of building my portfolio in Boudoir, Fashion and Glamour photography. I have 7 positive references on PurplePort from shoots I have done with models, as well as many others off PurplePort.

I am available to shoot with models regardless of their experience levels, and am willing to pay the set rate if I feel your experience matches that rate or your portfolio demonstrates that. I am also available to be paid by models for test shoots for agencies and portfolio expansion, and I am available to do collaborations/TFP if it suits both of us.
