Marty booked on to our studio day with Cara, an absolute joy to work with. He and Cara worked together perfectly, sharing ideas on their vision to capture some really amazing images! He has a great eye for detail and takes the time with the model to make sure the setup for the image is perfect. Highly recommended.

Ok so I think Marty is the best director in terms of poses I've come across so far. He'd ask me to put my hands in certain way and I'd do it, and then look at the shots and BAM! It would look so on point. He's got great ideas and a funny personality. It was a great pleasure to shoot with him in Studio R3 in Glasgow. Very competent and a perfectionist. Doesn't take BS and is polite (tends to add 'please' after a micropause which I found cute and funny). Really impressed as he's only been doing it for a some 6 years. Merci Mista. I'm looking forward to seeing the fruits of our labour.

I have worked with Marty a few times now and I would highly recommend it!

He is so easy to get along with, pre shoot comms are always spot on and the shoot was very organised. We shot at R3 and I really appreciated Marty's knowledge of the studio and what worked etc. We got through so many outfits and even finished off our shoot with the sunsetting on the roof top!

I can't wait to see the images and hope to work with him again soon :)

Marty had booked on to my studio day at studior3 once again, it was an absolute pleasure to shoot. Martys communication and timing on the shoot was brilliant. He also took under his wing a new photographer and was incredibly helpful and knowledgable to them. Martys shots speak for themselves and i absolutely love them, he was kind enough to send me a huge range of edits and they were stunning! As always i would 100% marty to any model and would happily have him book onto my studio days next time. I look forward to it!

I had a lovely shoot with Marty during my recent visit to Studio-R3 in Glasgow!

We had worked together once before in Livingston and it was really funny to hear the story behind him booking that shoot not realizing it was a nude shoot haha! I'm surprised I didn't scare him away 😂

I felt like I got to know him a lot better during this shoot, we had some really good chats whilst working together and he was telling me about his travels and showing me some of the stunning images he has taken on his recent adventures!

It was a real pleasure working with Marty, he is super friendly and chatty, down to earth and just really good company :)

I really hope to catch up with him again in the future, and maybe even host him on one of my events too :D

I've been coming to Scotland to shoot for a year now and hadn't yet had the pleasure of meeting Marty, and I'm so glad he came to my Studio R3 Studio Day!

He's so lovely, friendly, funny and creative. I loved the energy he brought to the studio day, coming with the idea of white lingerie on white for our first set.

Lastly, Marty is professional and respectful as a photographer of models but also to other photographers - something which is crucial when working on a studio day.

I had a lovely couple of hours shooting with Marty on my recent visit to Scotland. Marty booked a 2hr session with me at Pavilion studios in Bathgate.

Marty was lovely person to work and made me feel relaxed throughout the shoot, while shooting some lovely images, using both studio flash and making the most of the natural light at the studio.

I hope to work with Maty again and I am happy to recommend him to other models.

Marty attended my studio day at Meow Studios and I am so glad he did! Marty from the get go was polite and easy going and arrived with plenty of time so that we didn't feel rushed. He is friendly and has a lovely sense of humour. His pre shoot comms are spot on which meant that I knew exactly what he was looking for. From what I have seen so far he took some fabulous images and I can't wait to keep seeing more. I hope to work together again soon and would highly recommend :D

Shot with Marty again for his camera club group out near Loch Winnoch. All photographers were very respectful of levels, privacy and were enthusiastic about ideas they wanted to shoot. Really loved modelling for the group, and I would love to come back sometime!

Managed to meet up at group shoot and was pleased when I was asked if I could get some pics taken , directed me as still learning all the tips of modelling was very friendly and chatty and very polite made me feel very comfortable getting my shots taken would recommend a shoot and pleased with my images thank you so much again for your time to take my pics at the necropolis event in Glasgow :)

I was most fortunate to work with Marty for a short time at a Halloween group shoot in a historic Glasgow cemetery. We got on well and he was very helpful with direction. The finished images blew me away when I saw them! He has a good eye for sure. 😉

Had the pleasure of working with Marty by chance at a group shoot event in Glasgow. I had travelled from Aberdeen to Edinburgh for a week or so and attended this event at the necropolis.

Marty is a delight to work with, down to earth, dedicated to his craft and able to adapt in ever changing weather conditions - he was very welcoming of my ideas and creativity. I hope that some time we can shoot again and had followed his work for some time on social media, (namely Facebook) but didn't dream we'd actually get to shoot. The images are incredible and some of my favourites from the day by far. His editing skills are of a high standard yet seem effortless. Even with a softbox that did not want to stand on the uneven ground he still managed to set up some truly beautiful images. We managed to keep up a positive rapport among the adversities of constant changing weather and people in the background. Highly recommend this talented photographer who not only masters portraits and creative shoots, gels included - but is a dab hand at landscape photography too.
