Second time I visited Martin and Barbara, they are simply amazing hosts & I couldn't ask for more.

I always feel at home when I am there, I decided they are now my new adoptive parents :)

I always enjoy the art drawing class that Martin kindly organizes, the people who draw me are also very lovely.

Martin is very easy to work with and both Martin and his lovely wife Barbara go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, simply a star.

If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to visit Spain and become a life model, jump at the chance

Finally got around to writing a review! (Sorry Martin!) Working with Martin was brilliant. It was such a great experience to pose for an art class, plus Martin was happy to do shoots with me for my portfolio, doing whatever I wanted.

He was totally happy with me bringing my partner and he and his wife offered us their spare room for the duration of our stay (although we chose to get a hotel and make into a bit of a holiday).

They picked us up after midnight at the airport and offered to drive us anywhere within reason during our time there.

Over all, their hospitality was amazing and working with Martin was a fantastic experience too. Would definitely recommend and hope to work together again some time!

I spent a lovely couple of days with Martin and Barbara in Rojales where I modelled for his art class. Also found him to be an excellent photographer as I am relatively new to photographic modelling; he helped me relax and we achieved some good shots. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

Just returned from my third visit to Rojales and as before it was a fab experience! Martin and Barbara are wonderful hosts, and it was great to have some real downtime... And to work on my tan ;)

The group of artists Martin has got together for the life class are lovely, it was a pleasure working with them, and really hope to again next time... Because there will be a next time if they'll have me!

I have been over and stayed with Martin and Barbara 5 or 6 times now. They're great hosts and my time there always flies by.

Martin is easy to work with and is more than happy shooting images for your folio.

I honestly cannot recommend going over there enough, and look forward to my next visit xx

I enjoyed my last visit to Rojales so much I returned for a second, to do some life modelling for an art class in Martin's studio. The experience was pleasant, laid back and very comfortable [as comfortable as holding a pose for 45mins can be anyway].

I got a some tf shots for my portfolio. I encourage visiting models to make use of the landscape, it's absolutely breathtaking and the colours are fantastic.

Martin and Barbara are wonderful hosts, and they are beginning to feel more like family. I had a very relaxing time, with good food, good gin and tonics, good lie ins... ironically the only thing dodgy was the weather!

I shall be back in the future.

I have been working with Martin since 2009, when I went to Rojales for the first time. I have modelled for his art classes and have also done shoots. I absolutely recommend Martin and would advise models,experienced and inexperienced, to go and work with him. He and his wife Barbara offer fantastic hospitality and are very friendly and fun to be with. I try to go once a year and combine my visit to Rojales with trips around Spain, so it is partly a holiday for me. A fantastic experience!

I have worked with Martin in Rojales in Spain, we did some photoshoots and I modelled for his life art workshop. I would recommend experienced as well as inexperienced models to travel to Spain and work with Martin, he is friendly, reliable and knows the industry quite well.

I have stayed with Martin and his lovely wife Barbara for a couple of days, had my own room and everything went perfect and as pictured on his website information page. I am definately traveling back!

Wow! Travelled to Rojales, Spain 13th January 2015. Martin and his wonderful wife, Barbara met me at Alicante Airport, then took me to the lovely home/studio.

I can very highly recommend Martin.

When Martin asked me to be his life model for his art group in Spain, I immediately jumped at the chance! What a lovely and charming guy. Not only was I enjoying a few hours of life modelling whilst there (he even let me keep the paintings he'd done of myself), but Martin also kindly took the time to drive me to several interesting locations for photo shoots nearly everyday, as well as take me to other equally interesting places for sightseeing, shopping and eating out! He certainly knows the best location spots and we ended up taking hundreds and hundreds of photos!

I was made to feel truly welcome throughout my week long stay with Martin and his lovely wife Barbara. I can't thank them enough for their amazing hospitality and I'd urge any model who gets an opportunity to work with him in Spain, to grab it quick because I guarantee they'll enjoy the experience as much as I did!

Thanks again Martin and Barbara and I hope to plan another visit next summer! :)

Got back today from my 1st shoot with Martin. Having read the other references he has all I'm going to do is repeat what the other girls have said!

But in saying that I had the most amazing time with fab hosts and got some stunning pics and made new friends too!

I can't say enough about Martin. Nothing was too much trouble. He drove me around for hours to get the shots that I wanted. And all the shots are great. Thank you so much

I am already working out my next visit! See you both very soon. xx

Had a really busy and productive time in Rojales, taken to amazing places for excellently arranged shoots, with lovely weather, even in October. Came out with a couple of stunning 70's inspired shots and would definitely do the like again. For artists' models this is a good opportunity to come away with some terrific compositions and also great memories. Tou xx

Well I enjoyed my first trip to Rojales to stay with Martin and Barbara earlier in the year SO much that I just had to go back again! Had a lovely time staying with this very genuine welcoming couple, they are great hosts - Martin's BBQ skills were awesome and the weather was wonderful this time too :)

Again, I would happily recommend anyone who wants to life model to go to Spain if they get the opportunity, Martin is lovely to work with - and you'll get the chance to shoot in amazing landscapes as well.

Wow, what can I say that has not already been said?

Martin and Barbara had to put up with me for a whole week, can you imagine?

They were both welcoming and made me feel right at home.

It was my first time posing for a life drawing workshop but I felt at ease and comfortable through out and the time just flew by.

When I wasn't being a life model, I would be travelling to different locations for photographic shoots.

Thankyou for feeding, watering and sending me so many fantastic images and paintings!

Highly recommend, would go back in a heartbeat :-)

Had the absolute pleasure of staying with Martin and Barbara in Spain last week, and had a lovely time!

Can completely recommend Martin as both an artist and photographer, he's relaxed, professional, gives very helpful direction, knows fab locations, and is totally respectful - everything you could ask for :)

Staying with them was just wonderful, such amazing hospitality, felt so welcomed and truly spoilt. Great company, fab food, lots of good conversation - a special mention must be made of Barbara who is so lovely... She quickly understood my love of tea and kept it in constant supply!

Would urge anyone who get's the opportunity to go to stay with this lovely couple to do so - I didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!

Just got back from Spain - from Martin's studio where I had an amazing time and modelling experience.

He and his lovely Barbara are a delight to spend time with (everybody loves Barbara :))

On the professional side, well, it was all professional - punctual, proactive, sufficiently relaxed to create a productive and pleasant work environment.

Next time, we shall add a photo session too :)

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Martin and his still life drawing class a short while ago, and i must say that i couldn't have asked for better people or a better experience! This was my first ever time posing for a life drawing class and shooting abroad and i'm so privileged that it was with people like that! They were all very professional, relaxed and friendly, and very much into their art, producing fantastic pieces.

I stayed with Martin and his lovely wife Barbara at their home in Spain for a week and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. They made me and my friend very welcome and provided clean, safe, homely accommodation, with excellent meals and a lovely cuppa in the morning! My friend was over the moon with how great it was and how lovely this couple are and asked me to mention that in my reference as she isn't a model, so can't provide one for them.

Martin is also a brilliant photographer, who knows how to get some really great shots. He treated me with the utmost respect all the time i was there and even offered to shoot me and my friend on a TF basis all around the Spanish countryside and coast. It was a fantastic experience and i am so lucky to have had the chance to work with him. He also has an extensive knowledge of his area and all the best places to shoot, making the most of your time there and providing some really interesting new additions to anyone's port. Great photographer, professional behavior, polite, friendly and a total gentleman. What more could you want?

I highly recommend working with Martin if you get the chance.
