Maretta was one of the models on a workshop I attended at Wolfe Cottage Studio. Since it was a group event, I didn't get much 1-to-1 time with her, but I found her easy to talk to and establish a rapport with. I loved her poise and her ability to act the character she was representing. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again - I like the idea of a Viking-themed shoot! :-)

Maretta and myself have been planning to shoot for a while. Her detail to getting the outfits for the shoot were amazing and made sure she was very well prepared. We arranged a time to meet and she was on time and ready to shoot. Such an amazing attitude and needs no directions as her experience shines through and is very keen on getting the perfect shot . I’m so so so empressed . And also very funny lady who’s sence of humour is refreshing and the time flew past . Would I recommend. Without a question I would and already chatting ideas for more shoots . Thank you so much for your efforts and looking forward to working with yourself again very soon. And continued good luck 😊😊😊

Had a great shoot with Maretta. Excellent comms prior to the shoot and even agreed to use her house, as our location fell through last minute.

As a model Maretta goes from bubbly-chatty to moody-model in the blink of an eye! Amazing!

Had a really good time and can’t wait to go through the images... we took a lot!

Maretta went in for a modeling competition called revolt union and I am one of the photographers I done a part of the shoot and well what a model to shoot with easy to work with ready to shoot. She took all what I said and put it in her poses and well I would 100%recommend you all shoot with this wonderful lady. It was lovely to work with her and hopefully in the future it will not be under a modeling competition but in a location or something.

I was over the moon when Maretta applied for my beach casting as having worked with her a couple times in the past, it was a no brainer to accept her instantly for my casting, as it was something completely different to what we had worked on together in the past.

During the lead up to the shoot, Maretta maintained constand fluid contact and at the shoot, as I had previously found she was extremely professional and very easy to speak to and get along with. While the shoot was only for a couple of hours, the time just flew by and before I knew it, the shoot was finished with.

Maretta is a true delight to work with, and if she applies for any of my future castings, I would gladly take her onboard without a second thought. I highly suggest to other photographers, that they do not miss an opportunity to work with Maretta, she is a fantastic model that works hard and is always one step ahead when chosing props for a shoot.

Thank you Maretta for another throroughly enjoyable shoot.

Had a wonderful day with Maretta / Katherine, just a lovely young lady.

Maretta responded to my casting call for a TFP body painting practice (as this something I'm starting to learn and try, so I'm S-L-O-W and perfect results are not assured!). So not the greatest gig on earth! But Maretta, aware of all the possible down sides, was still up for it and very enthusiastic about the pre-shoot possibilities.

Once she arrived at the studio, we got on like a house on fire. Before she arrived, I'd looked at her port to get sense of her and decided to to a make up especially for her and her port, as a thank you for her time that and I could see she was genuinely delighted with my choice of look and we instantly bonded and had a great day.

I echo a lot of what other references have said, you won't find many models like Maretta, she is a hidden gem! We we wish you all success . . . . but too much!!!! (simply because WE want to be able to work with you again sometime soon!).

Had the pleasure of working with Maretta on a shoot organised by Cpoena for the first time this week,professional and very easy to work with the shoot was a joy,came away with some very striking dark images which i can't wait to edit,100% recommend individually and as a duo with Cpoena.

Maretta stayed in London with me during the Warpaint competition. What a trooper, a 6 hour bodypaint in public, followed instructions well. Carried on during the day despite recieving bad and upsetting news from home. Did not mind that in a competition you do not always get professional images and was happy for me to take images of her. Got on well with other artists and models and I have even had the odd message asking what she is like as a model from other painter, so Maretta you may get a message or two if some artists come your way.

I am not sure quite where to start while leaving this reference for Maretta, because it is hard to explain in plain English just how enthralled I was from the very first contact she made to my casting call.

Every now and then, models like Maretta pop up and you have to wonder just where they have been and how come they are not fully booked with work. I certainly had no hesitation whatsoever in wanting to work with her myself, and am so glad she was everything I had expected and far far more.

Communications between us were as professional as they come and Maretta is certainly an intelligent young lady, who asks all the right questions, and has superb social skills to match.

The day of our shoot started very badly for Maretta because of our wonderful public transport system up to it's usual low standards! Even though her journey here would have still been around 3-3.5 hours when she got to the station she was told no trains at a certain point, so she would have to divert and the journey would now take over 5 hours!! Keeping me informed every step of the way and not accepting my offer to turn around and go home and I would send her the money is the mark of a model who is as professional as they come and determined to make it and work with me! What can I say to that!!

So, after a VERY VERY long journey to get here, did she moan, whine or anything of the sort? Not on your nelly did she, she was ready to rock right from the off and still stayed for over 7 hours working with me. In short, her day had begun at 7.30a.m at the station and very kindly she contacted me when she got home to say back safely and that was at 11.10p.m at night!!

Committed, dedicated, professional, fantastic to work with, passionate about her work and as creative as they come, Maretta puts a whole lot of "models" to absolute shame.

Do I want to work with her again? Well watch this space for further references.

My second shoot with Maretta, and as usual she was fun, friendly and chatty. Yet again I subjected this poor girl to the extremes of winter temperatures and she still kept smiling. At least the next shoot is planned for the spring :) Thanks Maretta, it's always a pleasure to meet up with you.

Second shoot with Katherine, this time in a studio, and just like the first it was brilliant. She arrived with ideas and clothing to use, hair and make up done to a high standard.

The 2 hours went very quickly and I'm sure that this will not be the last shoot I'm involved with her. I recommend her to any photographer.

Had the pleasure of shooting with Katherine on a tuition shoot this weekend, As someone who is just beginning in portrait photography and working with models, Katherine was wonderful to work with, she was very friendly and relaxed and always had a pose ready for when I froze. Throughout the shoot her attitude and great personality helped put me at ease and allow me to concentrate on the much needed experience required for shooting portraits. I would recommend Katherine to anyone looking for a relaxed, model with great personality.

Katherine answered the call to model for one of my tuition days this weekend. She is a lovely genuine lady and very good in pre-comms. She came to the studio without any issues and kept me updated to her arrival time.

In modelling for my client she was very laid back and happy to go with the flow and once I had shut up she and the photographer got on really well. Her great attitude and look were very much appreciated and I would recommend her to anyone wanting a reliable and relaxed model.

Had my first shoot with Maretta. She takes direction very well and can pose freely as well, she goes from pose to pose with ease. She is very friendly. We had a great shoot and got some great shots. I would definitely recommend her. Already planning our next shoot.

Whimsical Sorceress

Worked with this lovely model at the living art show this weekend. It was her first full bodypaint. She had a wig fitted, some costume, grease paint, stage makeup and body paint. Followed instructions well. Whole look took 6 hours to do before Maretta had a catwalk to do and a parade around whole festival. Even though she was new to body painting compared to other models it did not show. The first day she was a demostration model of a workshop and the Second day she had an upper body paint by another artist and had to do a catwalk on the main stage. A very long weekend for all models and painters, I painter Maretta on the third day, dispite this she manage to keep her energy up for meeting the public and having photos taken. Hope the images the photographers produce show how amazing she posed and how confident she was a posing. Thank you so much for modelling for all the artists and myself this weekend. I may have to make a special trip to work with you again, you were a star.
