Thank you very much for visiting this space. I consider myself to be a philosopher of light, aspiring to be a poet who talks with images. I believe that photos are a window to the interior of a dream. I thoroughly enjoy creating emotional images, full with intricate details that invite the perceiver to pass some time in front of them. I believe it is possible to capture the true beauty within each person when they feel relaxed and that we are creating something. The feeling about we are about to capture something that will never be the same again is sacred. 

And because of this, something that it is very important for me is that my models should be able to feel totally comfortable and relaxed. There is no way to capture something beautiful and totally honest if there is no clear communication between us. If you like to work with me be confident in that I will look to create interesting images, full of narrative, that provoke the viewer. I'm very open to inspirational ideas and would love to hear what you have in mind.

I do not work on TFP basis, but please don't hesitate to contact me if you have a creative project in mind. I will definitely consider it. Now if you contact me out of the blue and not only you are not willing to pay for my services but want me to pay you, I'm sorry, I'm not that kind of photographer. When I have commercial work I do contact models and obviously hire them, but other than commercial (read paid) projects, I do not pay for models. Oh one last note, if you confirm a shoot with me and fail to be there you are going to receive a negative feedback (well, dependent on circumstance). I am very serious about this and I expect you to be the same.

A bit about me.

I won two photography contests in Mexico, one organized by Motorola when their first phone with serious photographic capabilities was introduced, which was in 2008. The second one was run by the Anglo Mexican Foundation in collaboration with "Cuarto Oscuro" (the most important photography magazine in Mexico) in 2009. In the UK I won a contest by the Mexican Embassy in the UK, in 2015, and exhibited my work at an art gallery in London and then in Mexico City. During the 2017 I won another competition at the FFIEL (International Photographic Competition by the City of Leon, Guanajuato) and I will exhibit some photos in Budapest, Hungary, this November.

So far, my work has been exhibited in Mexico, France, Spain, Germany and England. My latests exhibitions have been in Paris, Linares Spain and Strasbourg. Some of my work is part of private collections in Mexico, Spain, Germany The United Kingdom and France.
