Mako is a truly wonderful MUA! Mako is very welcoming and warm. She asked what sort of look I was after, and created it perfectly! I unfortunately set off in the wrong direction and was late but Mako was understanding. Mako came very well prepared and has an AMAZING kit! I highly recommend!

I worked with Mako for the first time this week. Before the shoot I was delighted with her enthusiasm and ideas. Having explained the idea behind the shoot I left Mako to her own devices to create a look sympathetic to the concept, which she absolutely did.

Our model took an unexpected detour on her way to us, which gave Mako and I an opportunity to get to know each other a little. Mako is friendly, warm and very experienced in beauty make up - which became clear as soon as she began her work.

Having seen a few test shots Mako insisted (quite rightly) on making some small tweaks, which made a great difference, demonstrating her great eye for detail. I was delighted, as was Ayla Rae, our model. I believe the Ayla was planning on kidnapping her and taking her home, but Mako escaped.

Which is good for me, as I'm hoping to work with Mako again and again. We're already discussing our next collaboration.
