References for Mai Kitten

I contacted Mai after she posted a casting call looking for a paid shoot. As I'd worked with her previously I knew exactly what level of professionalism I would get with her.

We shot in bright bright sunlight but it never phazed Mai and she remained the total professional she is. We divided the shoot into two parts. The first was in a garden setting and we tested my new lens out too, getting some really beautiful images and close up shots.

The second part of the shoot was in a local woods, full of horse flies and bitey critters, and again Mai was a total professional and didn't let things get to her. We got some beautifully lit images and I was really happy with them.

I was really happy with my shoot and look forward to more shoots in the future with Mai to build up a nice body of work.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM ME.

I posted a casting yesterday and no one applied to it, then I sent Mai a message late last night and luckily for me she received it in time for us to set up a very spontaneous shoot...

Mai kept me up to date with her travel details and what time she could make it to the shoot and she arrived on time too, she was all dressed and ready to go. We started the shoot off with Mai just taking the lead and letting me relax on a shoot for a change. This was a paid shoot for a change for me so letting a model take charge was a big thing, this is initially why I wanted to work with Mai. Her modelling experience and aptitude shone through the entire shoot, I let her just go with the clicks and she did not disappoint...

I wrapped the shoot up a little early mainly because I had enough shots to justify the time and Mai had worked well and hard throughout the shoot. I got on with Mai very well and she is a very personable person who strives to achieve the required results for the photographer, this she did too.

I would highly recommend Mai to any photographer looking for a hard working model. I aim to shoot with her in the near future once the studio's are back up and running properly.

Myself and Vicki Geldard had an amazing shoot with Mai in the studio. We did some latex shooting and also some awesome long exposure work too and Mai was amazing when doing both of these. Didn't need any direction and was knocking out pose after pose when the flash went off.

Was full of ideas for the long exposure work and also happy to take direction! Can't wait for the next shoot and to have her at some workshops in the near future at the studio.

Had my first shoot with Mai on Sunday. So much fun to hang out with and really easy to work alongside. Very professional before and during the shoot and we got through a tonne of ideas in a only a few hours. Had a fantastic shoot with Mai this past week. Mai brought bags of energy - which was amazing considering she'd been working all day and just endured a commute from Warwickshire - and ideas. Pre-shoot communications were excellent throughout and I hope we can do it again soon.

I've worked with Mai twice now and both times it's been a blast, funny, feisty and an absolute pleasure to shoot with.

Takes direction well although not needed a lot of the time, I'm looking forward to the next shoot
