Team Black

Dave took part in our Team Black group workshop at Art Asylum working with studio and natural light and from the start through to the end of the shoot he was a joy to work with.

His pre shoot communications were excellent, providing us with some outfits he was interested in using. During the shoot itself Dave was keen to capture the very best images he could and didn't hesitate to seek John's advice on the technical side and also sought advice of one of the other attendees for a small camera issue that arose.

Dave got along well with the other photographers on the workshop and integrated himself well. He was polite, professional and very friendly, making conversation flow smoothly. Dave's back of camera shots were wonderful and the edits we've already seen are simply beautiful!

He was an absolute joy to have on the workshop, and definitely someone we'd happily recommend and work with again!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave for the first time during a Team Black workshop held at Art Asylum. From his initial message onwards I knew we'd get along well and soon developed a good connections, catching some really gorgeous images.

He arrived on time and was polite and professional throughout the shoot. I felt very comfortable with him as we moved through the sets and I would happily work with him again.

Dave has a great eye for photography and really wants to get the very best he can. He took John's advice on board and implemented it throughout the shoot. Thankyou for a fabulous shoot!

I had the pleasure of meeting Dave at a shoot organised by the Old Bakery in Poole. He is a knowledgeable, respectful, creative photographer and all round interesting person. He brought some great props which gave us a super starting point, and put up with me and Paul the studio owner nattering like a pair of old women admirably! Thank you for a lovely evening Dave, I'd be glad to be shot by you again any time.

My shoot with Dave was so fun! Dave arrived on time, he was checking I was comfortable and happy throughout the shoot.

We had a walk around Kingston Lacey which, being a new model helped me relax more. Dave offered to bring his wife, Lin to see if that would make me more comfortable which was lovely.

I've got to say being photographed by Dave is the most comfortable I've felt infront of the camera. If anyone is thinking about working with him, do it!

I can't reccomend him enough. Such a kind gentleman. Thank you so much Dave :)

Art Asylum Reloaded Photo Studio

Dave attended our training day at the studio and was great to meet him. He was very interested in what we had to show him and I know his model work will move from strength to strength.
