Taking pictures these days is so deceptively simple, that it seem there is no real need to work on it. Someone with absolutely no knowledge of photography can buy a good camera, or even a smart phone and just press a button to capture reasonably good pictures. Most of the time, the beauty of photography is not taken into account

To me, beauty is defined as a deep inner feeling caused by aesthetic pleasure. Beauty is not only the pretty models or the lovely shapes. Its also the proper arrangement of parts in an image to form a unified harmonious whole in order to please the eye of the viewer.

While capturing of an image is an important step in the process, my real creative work starts after the image has been recorded by the camera. It is during the post process where I can inject my images with my feelings and emotions. This is the moment that the image becomes my creation instead of  a product of my recording device.
