References for Paul Underwood

Met Paul during the first group on Rachelle Summers Summers Abroad trip to Las Vegas. He went from a quiet person to throwing gags left and right by the end of this group.

You can see Paul has a passion for photography which I think got reginated during this trip. Scaling rocks in almost a single bound, he was capturing epic images (even using an adapted infrared camera to capture some unique images). He was also being an unofficial tracker in the desert locations (which he said he'd camped out in a few days before joining the Summers Abroad trip).

Hopefully I'll get to shoot with Paul on another trip should our paths cross. He kept eye the Japan 2020 trip lol.

I wish him good luck and look forward to seeing his edits from this trip.

Summers Abroad

Paul joined us for the first time on a Summers Abroad trip to Las Vegas and I'm so glad he did!

It was utterly wonderful getting to know him for the few short days he was with us! When he arrived he was quite quiet and obviously a little nervous/shy as this was his first trip of this nature. It was so lovely watching him come out his shell and by the end of the 3 days he was bantering better than anyone else on the trip haha! Paul is fabulous company, such a genuine down to earth guy and just generally a super guy to be around!

He really got involved in the group in the social downtime and was a great addition, and when out shooting he was incredibly respectful of both our models and fit in well in the shooting dynamic :)

And all this before even mentioning his work! I mean wow!!!! He really doesn't give himself enough credit, his photography is fantastic and I was totally blown away by what I saw on the back of the camera (my instagram story is there for proof too haha!!!). He has a really great eye for detail and is always finding a different angle to everyone else!

I am beyond excited that he is joining us for our trip to Japan in March next year, can't wait to create even more beautiful images and memories!

Paul contacted me early this year said he was coming to Thailand. From beginning I felt Paul was very friendly, respectful and organized.

We had such good communication all the way and today he came 30 minutes early (I like) and he was very kind and calm. He show me the pics and it look so beautiful. I know we will shoot again. Thailand or UK and I can recommend Paul to every model out there. Big thanks for today.

Had the pleasure of shooting with Paul, together with Artemis Fauna :) Paul is a very sweet guy, happy, friendly and respectful. Although he said he was quite nervous, he suggested some ideas over the course of the shoot and I think we got some brilliant shots :) Paul is easy going and to get on with also. Paul shoots at a good pace and is happy to show us images after each set, which is nice to see. Was a fun and enjoyable shoot and would happily work with Paul again. Highly recommended :D :D

Artemis Fauna

I worked with Paul (and Zara Watson) last week during my tour.

Paul booked us both for half a day at Zara's cool location and despite having no real ideas on arrival we ended up working our way through loooads of wacky stuff/ cool ideas/ different genres and got a load of super cool images.

Zara and I threw pretty much all our ideas at Paul and he rolled along with it which was cool- at times he did look a little worried/ scared...but I think he left without being toooo traumatized ;) Haha! ;)

Really looking forward to seeing the images and hopefully working with Paul again one day! :)

I worked with Paul for the first time on several locations of mine. Paul turned up on time to collect me from my house. He was easy to get along with and had several ideas he wanted to try but was also open to my suggestions. We worked through several ideas and several different locations. I would happily recommend him to other models :)

Nee naaa

I had such a wonderfully creative shoot with Paul last week, not only is he super easy to get along with but he's also a really talented photographer. I took him to one of the locations I've shot in a lot and he took advantage of most of the spots I'd not really posed in before. Nearly every time he took a picture I wanted to see the back of the camera - that's what smokebombs do to me! On top of all that we managed to catch the light at a particular time that helped us create some of the most intresting shots I've been in. Big thanks to the Underwood!

Another really enjoyable and fun shoot with Paul, this time we both shot somewhere that was new to us which was an abandoned farm in Surrey - we both arrived early and had to sneak into this beautiful big abandoned house where we took the time to investigate and see what areas would work well, we shot fashion through to nude and at the end tried some smoke bombs.

We covered pretty much most of the house in the day and he had some really good ideas and was good at directing and coming up with some unique ideas, he also let me style myself and was happy to go with whatever I was happy with so I feel once again we worked so well as a team!

Great sense of humour and a lovely genuine person as well as a creative photographer!

Really fun shoot, and I felt completely happy and comfortable throughout - highly recommended!

I had such a great shoot with Paul, from the start I felt completely comfortable as he was friendly and easy to get along with while being very professional. He had some fab ideas and used the abandoned building we shot in really well, knowing exactly what would work.

Really easy to talk to and a lovely person which made for a really fun shoot, as well as having a creative eye. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Natural Happy Woman

I worked with Paul on his first ever location shoot on my Fuerteventura trip, what a privilege! Paul confessed to being a bit nervous about communicating with models and wanted me to take the lead in the shoot, which I'm always happy to do. I think Paul did great and the pictures were looking awesome! He was also dead helpful with finding my phone in the dunes and picking bird poo out of my hair when I'd decided to lie on the floor in the derelict house, hahah!! Paul was super pleasant, relaxed, polite, and I would be really happy to work with him again and recommend him- a genuine guy.

What an Excellent shoot I had with Paul.. Was fun from start to finish and we got some Fabulous shots from the day, to which I have added quite a few here in my portfolio :) Paul is lovely, easy going and has an eye for a Top notch shot..
