I worked with Macy and Lewis (her partner) with a plan that Macy had discussed and pulled together. Macy takes direction well and although we had a lot to shoot we created our own pace, which worked well and kept the flow. Lewis was relaxed and took to modelling quickly, taking direction and interacting with Macy. It’s not easy posing with your partner in front of a strange photographer, but the two of them looked natural and that is shown in the results. I would wholeheartedly recommend Macy.

Had spent a bit of time early on to book Macy for a portraiture evening at St Ives Photographic club and ensure all the details on costume, location and timing were in place. The planning paid off well, Macy arrived early enough and ready at the start of the shoot which was fantastic as we had a tight schedule with about a dozen photographers to fit in on 1:1 sessions in the two hours we had scheduled.
Macy took direction well for those that knew the poses/look they wanted and was able to offer a number of poses and expressions for those new to working with models. Her jaw must have ached a bit at the end after a couple of hours of smiling!
We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and from the shots I've seen from the other members, it all went very well. The only regret being we didn't have long enough!
Would certainly recommend Macy to others as a very easy to work with model who has a lovely complexion and a very photogenic look. Plan well to get the most out of the shoot as time will disappear on you otherwise!
