Macy was the model for my natural light workshop. This was the first time I had worked with her and she is incredible to work with.

The natural light workshop was around Tewkesbury Abbey and we were capturing the last couple of hours of sun and light.

Macy took direction really well and understood what we were looking to achieve and worked brilliantly with the 4 photographers in the workshop.

I highly recommend Macy and will look to book her for future photoshoots.

Had my 2nd shoot with the lovely Macy today, she arrived all prepared and ready to go.

We had a wander around Worcester stopping at various locations, Macy threw herself into the shoot from the off, she has such a passion for modelling and makes the photographers job quite easy !!

Macy is an absolute joy to work with and I can highly recommend working with her.

Very good first impressions with Macy... She responded to my initial message with a friendly, informative, well written reply within an hour. And that's how all of her communications continued. She was well organised, she had a professional attitude, which I really appreciated.

On the day of the shoot, she turned up (with her mum) exactly on time, at the location in Stratford-upon-Avon. Macy was raring to get shooting, but I managed to convince her to have a coffee and a chat to start things off. She had a case full of just the kind of clothes, plus the trainers, and the DM boots I'd asked for. Her hair looked great; natural and curly, exactly right for my kind of photography.

Macy's mum was the perfect assistant. Just like her daughter, she was easy-going and friendly. She provided really useful practical help instantly when it was needed, and then seemingly disappeared from view whilst we shot pictures.

Macy's professionalism, extensive experience and unstoppable enthusiasm shone through. She looked great, she was full of energy. Conversation flowed easily, she was a fun person to spend time with. I had a great time with lots of smiles and laughs.

But most importantly, she's an exceptionally good model. Macy obviously completely understands the art of modelling, using initiative, imagination and creativity - and being in harmony with a photographer. Nothing bothered her, nothing was too much trouble.

I hope she'll have huge continued success with her career.

I had a fab time with Macy and her mom Becky yesterday. They made a huge effort and turned up fully prepared. Macy, although young, is a professional. She has ability way beyond her years and when you add to that her look and style, she is a dream to work with. She has a fabulous attitude both to modelling and socially, is fun to be around, willing to try new things and of course able to add her own input and ideas. Macy poses naturally and without direction but will equally take prompts if asked. She is a good listener and keen to produce results. I am really looking forward to working with Macy again.

The sun was shining , the birds were chirping and then the world stopped as a superstar model turned up ! Macy is simply tremendous both in terms of her model look but also her ability to model and work with a photographer as well as her patience and good humour on a hot sunny day. Ably assisted by her lovely Mum it was a great shoot where Macy knocked it out of the park.

Definitely a future model star and a model that I would 100% recommend and would love to work with more.

Macy replied to my casting looking for someone to shoot with in a local Bluebell Wood, and I'm so glad she did, as she did a wonderful job.

Pre-shoot comms were great, and Macy (who's 17) and her Mum met me at the location on time and ready to shoot, with a wide selection of outfit choices.

Macy has had a wealth of experience as a model despite her tender years, and was able to pose effortlessly without direction, but also took direction well.

I also arranged for the last hour of our shoot to be a duo shoot with another female model, and Macy developed an instant rapport with the other model, and they both worked really well together.

We had a lot of fun on the shoot and captured some great pictures, what more could anyone ask?

Macy arrived for a Photographic Society shoot with suitcase full of outfits.She is a confidant young lady, good poses and ideas. She coped well with short repetitive changes of photographers as our 30 members rotated in 3's at 4 minute intervals!

Pre-shoot communications were excellent and she arrived in plenty of time for the shoot.

She is a delight to work with and fully deserved her ovation at the end from our members.

I had the pleasure of shooting with this young lady and I have to say that she is a delight to work with on a photoshoot.

Don’t be fooled by her young age and the ‘recently started modelling’ on her profile as MacyG knows what she is doing. She follows direction really well and can add details and poses of her own.

As well as being professional in her approach, she is great company and this always helps the session trot along. We rattled through quite a number of sets in the shoot and came away with a whole range of great images.

I hope that she has a long career ahead of her as a model and would be delighted to shoot with her again if she’ll have me!

I would recommend her to photographers of any level.

Lightstories

Macy and her mum joined me once again for a sunset shoot in my orchard studio and a neighbouring rape field. The styling was down to Macy and we went for the whole chilled sunset look, which she pulled off with ease.

Once again she was easy to work with and the whole shoot took just a couple of hours. As always she was good company and a joy to share creative time with.

Macy and I did a shoot together with a mobile lighting set up in a small space, where we managed to capture several looks including some creative makeup,

It was clear during the time we spent together that she is a true talent, with a lot to offer the industry, and I’m looking forward to shooting her again soon in a larger space where we can utilise Macy’s talent of creative posing and flexibility,

She arrived very punctually, with a mixture of clothing and accessories choices. She was willing to listen to my suggestions but also had many great ideas of her own.

This girl is certainly one to watch, and I’m excited to see her journey in the future

P.S her mum who came with her on the day brought value to the shoot by offering good suggestions without interfering, she’s a credit to the team :-)

Lightstories

Macy and her mum visited my studio recently for a set of agency digitals and to update her portfolio to help with the transition from young teen to much older teen images.

Throughout the whole planning, preparation, arrival and shoot itself she was a joy. On set her enthusiasm was infectious. Her approach is totally professional, her company charming and positive. The support of her mum was positive and not intrusive in anyway which made the whole shoot effortless, resulting on us all being able to concentrate on what we were aiming to achieve.

Macy is one of the easiest professionals I've had the pleasure to work with for a long time and this combined with her natural talent and looks I'm sure will see her become very popular, very quickly.

I do hope she is treated well on PP and I look forward to seeing her again for more shoots in the very near future.
