Darkedge photography

This was the second time that I have worked with Lyra, and like the first was a joy to work with. Chatty and full of ideas. It was a quickly put together shoot after the original model I had booked had to cancel due to a job interview. Lyra stepped in and we got some great images. The original shoot was meant to be outside at the beach but weather didn’t play it’s part, so did the shoot in my house. Hopefully shoot with Lyra again.

Lyra was just great for what turned out to a rather experimental shoot. She was able to channel her inner hippy to come up with some interesting images. Without her input and suggestions I am not sure the shoot would have worked as well as it did.

Well that was fun! Lyra is a lovely young lady who posed with ease. She is very photogenic and allows the photographer the time and space to experiment. She is highly recommended.

A 2nd shoot with Lyra. A little more challenging than the first as it was a terrible day so the plan of using natural window light for an indoor boudoir shoot just didn't pan out. Lyra was gracious and patient as I adapted to what light we did have. Recommended once again.

I had a delightful shoot with his lovely model tonight. She is great company in the studio, hard to imagine this was her first studio shoot. I have no hesitation in recommending her and already thinking about another shoot.

Mondo (Ray)

Had a quick shoot with Lyra today. It didn't quite go to plan as the intended location was swarmed with people and we spent ages scouting for a quiet spot to shoot. Nil points to me for being organised with a backup plan!!

Once we found a location we didn't have much time to shoot but Lyra proved to be very enthusiastic and with a little direction and a few more shoots under her belt will do very well.

I'm very much looking forward to shooting with Lyra again only next time I'll be more organised.

Lyra is a keen and expressive model. While she is fairly new to modelling, she takes direction well, isn't afraid to have a go at things, and is relaxed about shooting.

I've no doubt that given a chance, Lyra will work her socks off to try and achieve the shot required.
